Claims (28)
- 건물 내부와 외부 사이를 연결하는 하나 이상의 공기통로를 구비한 건물을 위험한 공중 오염물 공격으로부터 보호하는 방법에 있어서:생물작용제, 화학작용제, 및 알파, 베타, 감마방사선의 일부나 전체를 포함한 위험한 공중 오염물의 농도를 건물에서 떨어진 부근 위치인 건물 외부로부터 감지하는 단계;상기 공중 오염물의 농도가 제1 오염치 이상인지를 판단하는 단계;상기 공중 오염물의 농도가 제1 오염치 이상일 때 상기 외부 공기통로들을 폐쇄하는 단계;상기 공기통로를 폐쇄한 뒤 건물 내부의 압력을 높이는 단계;건물 내부의 위험한 공중 오염물의 농도를 건물 내부에서 감지하는 단계; 및건물내부의 위험한 공중 오염물이 상기 제1 오염치보다 낮은 제2 오염치 이상인 때를 판단하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 건물 내부가 3-10 PSI의 범위에서 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부 공기통로들이 폐쇄된 후, 건물에 인접하면서 주변 위치에서 떨어진 한군데 이상의 건물 외부 위치에서 상기 위험한 공중 오염물의 농도를 감지하는 단계;건물 외부 위치의 상기 위험한 공중 오염물의 농도가 제2 오염치 이상인지 여부를 판단하는 단계; 및건물 외부의 위험한 공중 오염물의 농도가 상기 제2 오염치보다 낮으면 상기 외부 공기통로들을 개방하고 건물 내부압력을 낮추는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 제2 오염치가 상기 제1 오염치보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제2 오염치가 상기 위험한 공중 오염물이 인체에 해를 입히는 최소값인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 외부와 통하는 하나 이상의 통로를 갖는 다수의 분리된 밀폐지역으로 내부가 분할되어 있는 건물을 위험한 공중 오염물 공격으로부터 보호하는 방법에 있어서:각 지역의 생물작용제, 화학작용제, 및 알파, 베타, 감마방사선의 일부나 전체를 포함한 위험한 공중 오염물의 농도를 감지하는 단계;상기 공중 오염물의 농도가 그 지역을 오염지역으로 만드는 제1 오염치 이상인 때를 판단하는 단계;오염지역의 외부로 통하는 통로를 폐쇄하는 단계; 및건물 내부의 나머지 비오염 지역들의 압력을 높이는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 비오염지역을 3-10 PSI의 범위의 압력까지 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 오염지역의 외부로 통하는 통로를 폐쇄한 뒤 오염지역에 오염제거제를 유입시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 위험한 공중 오염물이 인체에 해를 입히는 값 밑으로 오염지역내의 오염물의 농도가 오염제거제에 의해 낮아졌을 때를 판단하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 분리된 밀폐 지역들중 한군데 이상에 건물 외부로 통하는 외부 통로가 있으며;건물에서 떨어진 한군데 이상의 주변 위치에서 위험한 공중 오염물의 농도를 건물 외부에서 감지하는 단계;주변 위치의 위험한 공중 오염물의 농도가 제2 오염치 이상인 때를 판단하는 단계;주변 위치의 오염도가 상기 제2 오염치 이상인 때 건물 외부로 통하는 상기 통로들을 폐쇄하는 단계; 및상기 외부 통로들을 폐쇄한 뒤 건물 내부를 가압하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 외부통로를 폐쇄한 뒤 건물에 인접하면서 주변 위치에서 떨어진 한 군데 이상의 외부 위치에서 위험한 공중 오염물의 농도를 감지하는 단계;건물 외부 위치의 상기 위험한 공중 오염물의 농도가 제3 오염치 이상인지를 판단하는 단계; 및건물 외부 위치의 상기 위험한 공중 오염물의 농도가 상기 제3 오염치 밑에 있을 때 상기 외부 통로들을 개방하고 건물 내부의 압력을 낮추는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제3 오염치가 상기 제2 오염치보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 제3 오염치가 상기 위험한 공중 오염물이 인체에 해를 입히는 최소값인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 위험한 공중 오염물 공격에 대해 적어도 하나의 외부 연결통로를 갖는 건물을 보호하기 위한 자동대응 건물방어시스템에 있어서:상기 외부 통로를 폐쇄하고, 작동신호에 응답하는 통로덮개와 덮개구동유니트를 포함한 통로덮개조립체를 구비하며, 상기 통로덮개를 닫아 상기 외부 연결통로를 밀폐하는 덮개조립체;생물작용제, 화학작용제, 및 알파, 베타, 감마방사선의 일부나 전체를 포함한 위험한 공중 오염물의 존재를 감지하고 이에 응답해 감지신호를 생성하는 적어도 하나의 센서를 구비한 위험오염물 센서조립체; 및상기 덮개조립체에 연결되고 상기 센서신호를 수신하며, 이 센서신호에 응답하여 상기 덮개구동유니트에 작동신호를 제공하는 중앙처리장치;를 포함하되,상기 위험오염물 센서조립체는 건물 외부에 장착된 외부센서와, 건물 내부에 장착된 내부센서를 포함하며;상기 외부센서는 제1 농도값 이상의 농도를 갖는 위험한 공중 오염물의 존재를 감지했을 때 센서신호를 생성하고, 내부센서는 제2 농도값 이상의 농도를 갖는 위험한 공중 오염물의 존재를 감지했을 때 감지신호를 생성하며, 상기 제2 농도값은 제1 농도값보다 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 자동대응 건물방어시스템.
