Claims (25)
- 올레핀-주성분 탄화수소 공급 원료를 크래킹시켜 유출물에 프로필렌을 선택적으로 형성시키는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 1종 이상의 올레핀 성분의 제1 조성을 갖는 올레핀을 함유하며 디엔 최대농도가 0.1 중량%인 탄화수소 공급 원료를 실리콘/알루미늄 원자비가 180 내지 1000인 MFI 결정형 실리케이트 촉매와 접촉시켜 1종 이상의 올레핀 성분의 제2 조성을 갖는 유출물을 제조하는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 공급 원료는 500 내지 600℃ 범위의 유입구 온도에서 상기 촉매와 접촉시키며, 10 내지 30h-1의 LHSV로 상기 촉매 위로 통과시키는 것이고, 상기 공급 원료 및 상기 유출물은 그 안에 거의 동일한 올레핀 함량(중량)을 갖고, 상기 유출물은 상기 공급 원료보다 높은 프로필렌 함량을 가지며, 또 상기 디엔은 접촉단계 이전에 선택적인 수소화반응으로 상기 공급 원료로부터 제거되는 것인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디엔의 수소화 반응을 20 내지 30 바아의 절대압 및 40 내지 200℃의 유입구 온도에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디엔의 수소화 반응에서 공급 원료의 LHSV가 2 내지 5h-1인 것인 방법.
- 1종 이상의 디엔과 1종 이상의 올레핀을 포함하는 탄화수소 공급 원료 중의 올레핀을 크래킹시키는 방법으로서, 상기 방법은 5 내지 50 바아의 절대압 및 40 내지 200℃의 유입구 온도에서 전이금속 기재 수소화반응 촉매 존재하에서 수소/디엔의 몰비 1 이상으로 1종 이상의 디엔을 수소화반응시켜서 1종 이상의 올레핀을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 올레핀을 0.1 내지 2 바아의 올레핌 부분압 및 500 내지 600℃의 유입구 온도에서 실리콘/알루미늄 원자비가 180 내지 1000인 MFI 결정형 실리케이트 촉매 존재하에서 접촉 크래킹시켜서 1종 이상의 올레핀을 함유하고 또 평균탄소원자수와 관련하여 공급 원료 중의 1종 이상의 올레핀과는 상이한 올레핀 분포를 갖고 있는 유출물을 제조하는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 디엔의 수소화 반응에서 공급 원료의 LHSV가 2 내지 5h-1인 것인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 디엔의 수소화 반응을 20 내지 30 바아의 절대압 및 40 내지 200℃의 유입구 온도에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수소화반응을 진행시켜서 상기 공급 원료 중의 최대 디엔 농도를 0.1 중량%로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 최대 디엔 농도가 0.05 중량%인 것인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 최대 디엔 농도가 0.03 중량%인 것인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 공급원료 중의 올레핀 함량과 유출물 중의 올레핀 함량이 서로 ± 15 중량% 이내인 것인 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 공급원료 중의 올레핀 함량과 유출물 중의 올레핀 함량이 서로 ± 10 중량% 이내인 것인 방법.
