Abstract
Description
브라켓부(13)를 통하여 본체에 장착되며 축구멍(11)이 길이 방향을 따라 관통 형성되는 하우징(10), 모니터 또는 도어 측에 장착되고 상기 축구멍(11)에 결합되는 샤프트(30)가 구비되는 윙브라켓(20), 상기 하우징(10)과 샤프트(30) 사이에 부여되어 샤프트 회전시 샤프트에 마찰을 일으키는 컬링스프링(50)을 포함하여 구성되고,
샤프트(30) 회전시 토오크 비율을 증대시키기 위하여 상기 하우징(10)과 샤프트(30) 사이에 상기 컬링스프링(50)과 함께 코일형태의 토션스프링(60)이 병설되는 힌지장치에 있어서,
상기 토션스프링(60)의 힌지 작동구간 보다 컬링스프링(50)의 힌지 작동구간이 크게 형성됨을 특징으로 한다.

- 브라켓부(13)를 통하여 본체에 장착되며 축구멍(11)이 길이 방향을 따라 관통 형성되는 하우징(10), 모니터 또는 도어 측에 장착되고 상기 축구멍(11)에 결합되는 샤프트(30)가 구비되는 윙브라켓(20), 상기 하우징(10)과 샤프트(30) 사이에 부여되어 샤프트 회전시 샤프트에 마찰을 일으키는 컬링스프링(50)을 포함하여 구성되고,샤프트(30) 회전시 토오크 비율을 증대시키기 위하여 상기 하우징(10)과 샤프트(30) 사이에 상기 컬링스프링(50)과 함께 코일형태의 토션스프링(60)이 병설되는 힌지장치에 있어서,상기 토션스프링(60)의 힌지 작동구간 보다 컬링스프링(50)의 힌지 작동구간이 크게 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 힌지장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 토션스프링(60)의 힌지 작동구간은 0°∼ 110°구간으로 형성되고상기 컬링스프링(50)의 힌지 작동구간은 0°∼ 130°구간으로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 힌지장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 하우징(10)에는 토션스프링(60)의 일단(61)을 잡아주기 위한 걸림홈(15)이 브라켓부(13) 일측에 형성되고,상기 샤프트(30)는 상기 윙브라켓(20)에 회전이 저지되도록 결합되는 브라켓 결속부(31)와 오일그루브(33a)가 형성되는 컬링스프링 결합부(33)와 상기 토션스프링(60)이 설치되는 토션스프링 결합부(35)와 상기 토션스프링의 타단(63)이 고정되는 고정단(37)으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 힌지장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 샤프트의 고정단(37)에는 평탄면(37a)이 형성되고,상기 고정단(37)에는 고정단에 대응되는 결합공(41)이 형성되며 상기 토션스프링의 타단(63) 삽지를 위한 고정홈(43)이 형성되는 마감자(40)가 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 힌지장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 샤프트(30)는 컬링스프링 결합부(33)와 토션스프링 결합부(35) 사이에 걸림턱(34)이 형성되며, 상기 토션스프링 결합부(35) 이후는 하우징(10) 외부로 노출설치됨을 특징으로 하는 힌지장치.
