Claims (11)
- 반응물들이 반응탑 내에 고정된 촉매(들) 위로 통과되는 반응탑 내에서 1종 이상의 촉매 존재하에 기체상 수소에 의해 비치환 일환 또는 다환 방향족 또는 1개 이상의 알킬기, 아미노기 또는 히드록실기 또는 그의 2종 이상의 조합에 의해 치환된 일환 또는 다환 방향족을 수소화하여 상응하는 지환족을 형성하고, 여기에서 지환족은 탑의 측면 수거부(offtake) 또는 하부로부터 수거하거나, 탑의 측면 수거부와 하부로부터 수거하는 수소화 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응물들이 상기 반응탑 내에 고정된 촉매(들) 위로 향류로 통과되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수소화가 <20바아의 압력 및 <200℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수소화가 <13바아의 압력 및 <150℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 불균일 촉매가 사용되는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 루테늄 촉매가 사용되는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 반응탑 내에 층의 형태 및(또는) 상기 탑 내의 증류 충전물의 형태인 루테늄 촉매가 사용되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수소화가 1 내지 20바아 범위의 압력, 및(또는) 50 내지 200℃ 범위의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 수소화 동안 수소 분압이 0.1 내지 20바아 범위인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 반응성 증류 동안 바람직하지 않은 부산물이 상부를 통해 분리되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 시클로헥산이 벤젠으로부터 제조되거나, 메틸시클로헥산이 톨루엔으로부터 제조되거나, 디메틸시클로헥산이 크실렌으로부터 제조되거나, 또는 시클로헥실아민이 아닐린으로부터 제조되는 방법.
