Abstract
Description
Claims (56)
- 철 광석, 아연 광석 및 정광; 또는 제철소 철함유 폐기물 또는 아연 제련소 폐기물을 응집 및 소결시키는 방법으로서,a) 제철/제련 폐기물 또는 광석을, 연소 연료원, 및 수용성 폴리에테르로 구성된 소결 응집제와 혼합하여, 응집된 입자를 포함하는 응집된 소결성 혼합물을 형성시키는 단계;b) 소결성 혼합물을 소결기의 화상 위에 소결층으로 형성시키는 단계; 및c) 소결층을 착화시켜 응집된 입자를 소결시키는데 충분한 온도를 발생시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,응집된 입자의 치수가 6 내지 25mm인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폐기물이 흑피(mill scale), 침전기 분진, 광재 분말, 여과기 퇴적물, 철광석, 합금철(ferroalloy) 광석 및 분광으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 제철소 철함유 폐기물인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,폐기물이 흑피, 침전기 분진, 광재 분말, 여과기 퇴적물, 아연 광석 및 분광으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 아연 제련소 폐기물인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,연소 연료원이 코크스 및 석탄으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,소결 온도가 1100 내지 1500℃인 방법.
