- 복수개의 홈이 형성된 바늘, 통, 펜촉, 라인상의 압인부 등의 액보유말단과, 상기 액보유말단을 세정 또는 교환하는 재생부와, 각종의 검출용 물질을 함유하는 각 현탁액이 각각 수용되고 상기 액보유말단이 삽입 가능한 복수개의 액수용부를 갖는 용기와, 상기 액보유말단에 의한 도포, 필기 또는 압인이 행해지는 하나의 필름이 재치되는 스테이지와, 상기 액보유말단을, 상기 재생부, 상기 용기군 및 스테이지에 대하여 상대적으로 이동 가능하게 하는 이동 수단과, 상기 이동 수단의 제어를 행하는 제어부를 포함하며, 상기 제어부는, 소정의 종류의 현탁액을 보유한 복수개의 상기 액보유말단에 대하여, 상기 필름 상의 소정 위치로부터 라인 상에 상기 현탁액을 도포, 필기 또는 압인시키고, 계속해서 상기 재생부에서 교환 또는 세정하는 제어를, 상기 종류와 다른 전종류에 대해 종료할 때까지, 상기 소정의 위치로부터, 상기 보유말단간의 거리보다도 짧은 미소거리변위시킨 위치에 대해 순차적으로 반복하는 것에 의해, 상기 검출용 물질을 함유하는 상기 각 현탁액을, 상기 스테이지에 재치된 필름상에서 서로 접촉하지 않는 미세폭의 평행 라인상으로 배치하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검출용 물질 배치 장치.

- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 검출용 물질 배치 장치를 이용하여, 1장의 필름에, 각 종류의 검출용 물질을 함유한 각 현탁액을, 서로 접촉시키지 않고 다수의 미세폭의 평행 라인상으로 분주, 도포, 압인, 필기, 또는 인쇄함으로써 각 검출용 물질을 배치하는 배치 공정과, 상기 검출용 물질을 고정화한 1장 또는 2장 이상의 상기 필름을 상기 라인과 직각 방향으로 면끼리 상호 접촉시키거나, 간격을 두거나, 보조 매체를 개재하면서 권취하거나, 또는 적층하여 집적화하는 집적화 공정과, 상기 검출용 물질이 고정된 상기 필름을 얇게 절단하여 다수의 지지체를 얻는 절단 공정을 포함하고, 그 절단 단면인 층형성면 상의 상기 검출용 물질의 고정 위치와 그 화학 구조가 대응지어지는 것과 함께,상기 배치 공정은 복수개의 관로 또는 액보유말단을, 소정 종류의 상기 검출용 물질을 함유하는 현탁액이 수용되어 있는 용기까지 이동시켜 삽입하여, 그 현탁액을 흡인 또는 보유하는 공정과, 상기 복수개의 관로 또는 액보유말단을 상기 필름 상의 소정 위치에서부터 라인상으로 상기 현탁액을 분주, 도포, 압인 또는 필기하는 공정과, 그 관로 또는 액보유말단을 세정 또는 교환하는 재생 공정을 상기 소정 위치로부터 상기 관로 또는 액보유말단간의 거리보다도 짧은 미소거리변위시킨 위치에 대해 순차적으로 반복하는 것에 의해, 상기 검출용 물질을 함유하는 각 현탁액을 서로 접촉하지 않는 평행 라인상으로 배치하는 검출용 물질 지지체를 제조하는 검출용 물질 지지체의 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 배치 공정은, 상기 관로 또는 액보유말단을, 소정 종류의 상기 검출용 물질을 함유하는 현탁액이 수용되어 있는 용기까지 이동시켜 삽입하여, 그 현탁액을 흡인 또는 보유하는 공정과, 상기 관로 또는 액보유말단을 상기 필름 상의 소정 위치에서부터 라인상으로 상기 현탁액을 분주, 도포, 압인 또는 필기하는 공정과, 그 관로 또는 액보유말단을 세정 또는 교환하는 재생 공정을 상기 소정 위치로부터 상기 관로 또는 액보유말단간의 거리보다도 짧은 미소거리변위시킨 위치에 대해 순차적으로 반복하는 것에 의해, 상기 검출용 물질을 함유하는 각 현탁액을 서로 접촉하지 않는 평행 라인상으로 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검출용 물질 지지체의 제조 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 배치 공정은, 소정 종류의 상기 검출용 물질을 함유하는 현탁액이 수용되어 있는 저류부와 연통되는 관로를 상기 필름 상의 소정 위치에서부터 라인상으로 상기 현탁액을 인쇄하는 공정과, 그 관로 및 저류부를 세정 또는 교환하는 재생 공정을 상기 소정 위치로부터 상기 관로 또는 액보유말단간의 거리보다도 짧은 미소거리변위시킨 위치에 대해 순차적으로 반복하는 것에 의해, 상기 검출용 물질을 함유하는 현탁액을 서로 접촉하지 않는 연속적인 평행 라인상으로 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검출용 물질 지지체의 제조 방법.
