- 일면에 송수신용 안테나가 제1 방향으로 간극을 통해서 열거하여 형성된 베이스 기재를 상기 베이스 기재가 감겨진 제1 롤로부터 상기 제1 방향으로 인출하고, 상기 송수신용 안테나마다 IC 칩을 접합한 후, 상기 베이스 기재를 제2 롤에 감는 무선 통신 매체의 제조 방법에 있어서,상기 베이스 기재가 상기 제1 롤에서 인출되고 나서 상기 제2 롤에 감길 때까지의 사이에,상기 베이스 기재 상에 형성된 상기 송수신용 안테나에 상기 IC 칩을 접합하는 제1 공정과,상기 송수신용 안테나와 상기 송수신용 안테나에 접합되는 상기 IC 칩과의 간극에 언더필재를 충전함과 동시에, 상기 충전된 언더필재를 경화시키는 제2 공정과,상기 송수신용 안테나를 통한 상기 IC 칩의 통신 상태의 합격 여부를 판정해서 양품과 불량품을 선별하는 제3 공정과,상기 송수신용 안테나와 상기 송수신용 안테나에 접합되는 상기 IC 칩을 덮도록 접착제를 도포하고, 그 후, 상기 베이스 기재의 상기 송수신용 안테나에 인접하는 상기 간극에 상기 송수신용 안테나에 대향하는 긴 변 및 그 양단으로부터 상기 송수신용 안테나를 향해서 각각 연장되는 두 짧은 변의 세 변으로부터 이루어지는 절결을 형성하고, 상기 간극에 상기 세 변의 절결로 에워싸인 부분을 상기 송수신용 안테나에 대응시켜서 형성하는 제4 공정과,상기 절결 부분을 상기 절결 부분에 대응하는 상기 송수신용 안테나를 향해서 폴드하고, 상기 송수신용 안테나와 상기 송수신용 안테나에 접합되는 상기 IC 칩을 상기 절결 부분으로 덮는 제5 공정을 포함하고,상기 제3 공정에 있어서의 상기 IC 칩의 통신 상태의 합격 여부 판정은, 상기 IC 칩의 하나 마다 순차적으로 행하고,상기 제4 공정에 있어서의 상기 절결 부분은, 상기 절결의 상기 긴 변을 상기 제1 방향과 교차하는 제2 방향으로 상기 베이스 기재의 단부의 각각에 도달하지 않도록 연장시켜, 상기 절결의 상기 짧은 변 각각을 상기 긴 변에 연결되는 일단으로부터 상기 절결 부분에 대응하는 상기 송수신용 안테나측의 타단을 향해서 상기 제1 방향으로 연장시키고,상기 제5 공정에 있어서 상기 절결 부분을 폴드하는 것은, 상기 절결을 이루는 상기 짧은 변 각각의 상기 타단 간을 폴드선으로 행하는 무선 통신 매체의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 제4 공정에 있어서, 상기 송수신용 안테나와 상기 송수신용 안테나에 접합된 상기 IC 칩을 덮는 상기 접착제에 의해, 상기 송수신용 안테나 및 상기 IC 칩을 밀봉하는 무선 통신 매체의 제조 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,상기 제5 공정에서, 상기 송수신용 안테나와 상기 송수신용 안테나에 접합되는 상기 IC 칩을 덮도록 폴드된 상기 절결 부분을 롤로, 상기 송수신용 안테나 및 상기 IC 칩에 가압하는 무선 통신 매체의 제조 방법.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서,상기 제3 공정에 있어서, 상기 베이스 기재에 열거하여 형성된 상기 송수신 안테나를 이격시키는 상기 간극에 의해, 상기 송수신 안테나 중 하나에 접합되는 상기 IC 칩의 하나에 대응하는 상기 통신 상태의 합격 여부 판정에 있어서의, 상기 송수신 안테나 중 하나 이외에 접합되는 상기 IC 칩 중 하나 이외로부터의 간섭을 억지하는 무선통신 매체의 제조 방법.
