Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 유동성 베드를 지지하고 그 유동성 베드를 통과하며 반응 조건하의 중합반응 촉매 및 생성되는 중합체 입자와 접촉하여 가열되는 가스상을 연속적으로 재활용하고, 상기 재활용 가스상을 냉각함으로써, (a) 에틸렌, (b) 프로필렌, (c) 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 올레핀 단량체, 및 (a), (b) 또는 (c) 와 결합된 하나 이상의 다른 알파 올레핀을 유동성 베드 반응기에서 가스상 중합반응시키기 위한 연속 공정내로 액체를 도입하기 위한 공정에 있어서,액체는 공급 파이프 (1) 와 상기 파이프 내부와 단부에서 슬라이드되는 슬리브 (2) 를 포함하는 하나 이상의 노즐에 의해 도입되고, 상기 공급 파이프 (1) 를 따르는 상기 슬리브 (2) 의 위치는 공급 액체 (3) 의 압력 및 예비하중 스프링 (4) 의 복원력에 의해 결정되고,상기 스프링의 일단은 상기 슬리브 (2) 에 고정되고 타단은 상기 공급 파이프 (1) 에 고정되며, 상기 슬리브 (2) 는 상기 공급 파이프 (1) 와 슬라이드하기 위한 표면을 따라 형성된 하나 이상의 홈 (10) 을 구비하고, 상기 홈 (10) 은, 상기 슬리브 (2) 와 일체로된 환형 정지부 (8) 아래에서 상기 슬리브 (2) 의 원주 둘레에 제공된 그루브 (11) 와 이어지며, 또한i) 상기 공급 액체 (3) 의 압력이 상기 슬리브 (2) 를 이동시킬 정도로 충분히 높지 않은 경우, 상기 정지부 (8) 는 상기 공급 파이프 (1) 단부의 림 (9) 상에 놓이게 되어 상기 액체 (3) 의 도입을 정지되거나 정지상태를 유지하도록 할 수 있고, 상기 림 (9) 과 상기 슬리브의 상기 환형 정지부 (8) 각각은 베어링면 (13) 과 베어링면 (12) 을 구비하고, 이 베어링면의 접촉 영역은 양호한 밀봉을 위해 최소로 되어 있으며,ii) 상기 공급 액체 (3) 의 압력이 상기 슬리브 (2) 를 이동시킬 수 있을 정도로 충분히 높은 경우, 상기 액체 (3) 는 상기 홈 (10) 을 따라 상기 슬리브의 상기 그루브 (11) 까지 이송되어, 상기 공급 파이프 (1) 단부의 상기 림 (9) 의 상기 베어링면과 상기 슬리브 (2) 의 상기 정지부 (8) 의 상기 베어링면 사이에서 외부로 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 공정내로 액체를 도입하기 위한 공정.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유동성 베드를 지지하고 그 유동성 베드를 통과하는 상기 가스상은, 일부 액체가 응축되는 온도로 상기 재활용 가스상을 냉각시키고, 상기 가스상으로부터 상기 응축 액체를 분리시키며, 본 발명의 공정에 의해 상기 유동성 베드내로 직접 상기 응축 액체를 도입함으로써, 연속적으로 재생되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 공정내로 액체를 도입하기 위한 공정.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 홈 (10) 의 수는 2 내지 8 개인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 공정내로 액체를 도입하기 위한 공정.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 공급 파이프 (1) 단부의 상기 림 (9) 의 상기 베어링면 (13) 과 상기 슬리브 (2) 의 상기 정지부의 상기 베어링면 (12) 의 접촉 영역은 상기 림 (9) 의 내면에 대한 모따기 (chamfer) 에 의해 최소로 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 공정내로 액체를 도입하기 위한 공정.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 슬리브의 이동은 차단 부재에 의해 제한되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 공정내로 액체를 도입하기 위한 공정.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,촉매 또는 예비중합체가 본 발명의 노즐로 직접 유동성 베드내로 도입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 공정내로 액체를 도입하기 위한 공정.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유동성 베드 반응기는 2 내지 8 개의 노즐을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 공정내로 액체를 도입하기 위한 공정.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 노즐은 수직 위치로 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 공정내로 액체를 도입하기 위한 공정.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 노즐 외부에서 액체의 분산은 360 도 인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 공정내로 액체를 도입하기 위한 공정.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 노즐은 수평 위치로 배향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 공정내로 액체를 도입하기 위한 공정.
- 제 10 항에 있어서,공급 액체 분사 (jet) 는 상기 유동성 베드내에서 생성되고, 수평으로 중공의 원뿔형인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 공정내로 액체를 도입하기 위한 공정.
