Claims (5)
- 호퍼의 내면에 천공된 한 쌍의 유통공과 일치되게 설치되는 한 쌍의 콘크리트유입관과, 상기 콘크리트유입관과 동일선상에 설치되어 로드단에 설치된 가압피스톤이 전후진되면서 콘크리트를 흡입 및 압송하는 제1 및 제2구동실린더와, 상기 제1 및 제2구동실린더로 유체를 공급시키는 유압펌프가 구성되고, 상기 제1 및 제2구동실린더의 로드 이동을 감지하는 로드감지센서의 감지신호를 제어부가 인가받아 제1 및 제2구동실린더에 유체를 선택적으로 공급시키는 유로변경구동부가 구비된 콘크리트 압송변환시스템에 있어서,상기 유압펌프의 일측에 접속된 제1유압라인이 매인스풀 입구측에 접속되고 매인스풀의 출구측이 제 3유압라인을 매개로 제2구동실린더의 로드측에 접속되는 제1로직밸브와;상기 제1로직밸브와 병렬 접속관계가 되도록 제1유압라인상에 매인스풀의 입구측이 접속되고 출구측이 제4유압라인을 매개로 제1구동실린더의 피스톤측에 접속되는 제2로직밸브와;상기 유압펌프의 타측에 접속된 제2유압라인에 매인스풀의 입구측이 접속되고 출구측이 제5유압라인을 매개로 제1구동실린더의 로드측에 접속되는 제3로직밸브와;상기 제3로직밸브와 병렬 접속관계가 되도록 제2유압라인에 매인스풀의 입구측이 접속되고 출구측이 제6유압라인을 매개로 제2구동실린더의 피스톤측에 접속되는 제4로직밸브와;상기 제1유압라인과 제2유압라인상에 유압펌프측으로 역류가 방지되게 입구포트가 설치되고 출구포트가 서로 접속된 역류방지수단과;상기 역류방지수단의 출구포트에 공급포트가 접속되고 상기 공급포트와 선택적으로 연통되고 제2 및 제4로직밸브의 제어스풀측에 접속되는 유압라인이 결합되는 제1작업포트와, 공급포트와 선택적으로 연통되고 제1 및 제3로직밸브의 제어스풀측에 접속되는 유압라인이 결합되는 제2작업포트와, 상기 제1 및 제2작업포트와 선택적으로 연통되는 배출포트가 구성된 고/저압 선택밸브와;상기 고/저압 선택밸브의 제1작업포트와 제어스풀측이 접속되고 매인스풀의 배출측이 제3유압라인과 접속되며 매인스풀의 입구측이 제5유압라인과 접속되는 제5로직밸브와;상기 고/저압 선택밸브의 제2작업포트와 제어스풀측이 접속되고 매인스풀의 배출측이 제4유압라인에 접속되며 매인스풀의 입구측이 제6유압라인과 접속되는 제6로직밸브가 포함되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프카의 콘크리트 압송변환시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고/저압 선택밸브와 역류방지수단 사이의 유압라인상에는 역류방지수단측으로의 역류가 방지되도록 체크밸브가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프카의 콘크리트 압송변환시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제1 내지 제6로직밸브와, 역류방지수단 및 고/저압 선택밸브는 하나의 유압유니트로 서로 연결 배치되어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프카의 콘크리트 압송변환시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고/저압 선택밸브는 조작레버의 조작력에 의해 전환되는 두 개의 전환위치와 각 전환위치에 두 개의 작업포트, 공급포트 및 배출포트가 구비된 4/2웨이밸브인 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프카의 콘크리트 압송변환시스템.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유압펌프는 콘크리트의 수송거리나 수송량에 따라 복수 개로 구성되는 한편 상기 유압펌프의 수량 또는 유압에 따라 제1 내지 제6유압라인이 각각 복수 개로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 펌프카의 콘크리트 압송변환시스템.
