Claims (3)
- PID 제어기와 노치필터를 포함하고 파워앰프와 연계되는 런아웃제어기(60) 상에서 입력측의 외란입력(fe)과 출력측의 런아웃입력(r)에 대응하여 자기베어링 주축의 변위(y)를 제어하는 방법에 있어서:주축 모터의 전달함수, PID 제어기 전달함수 파워앰프의 전달함수로부터 주축의 변위(y)를 연산하는 제1단계와, LMS 알고리즘에 의한 오차목적함수(V)를 명령오차(e)를 이용하여 정의하는 제2단계와, 피이드 포워드하기 위한 보상신호(rc)를 연산하여 명령오차(e)를 최소화하는 제3단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기베어링 주축의 고정밀 진동제어 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1단계 내지 제3단계의 어느 하나는 제거대상 주파수(ω0)에서의 노치필터의 증폭비를 연산하여 해당 주파수(ω0)의 배수의 제거를 위한 노치필터를 직렬 로 배치할 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기베어링 주축의 고정밀 진동제어 방법.
