Claims (4)
- 적어도 하나의 공기갭을 갖춘 자기투과성 코어를 가지고 있고, 상기 적어도 하나의 공기갭에 실질적으로 공간적으로 균일한 자속 밀도 영역 및 공간적으로 비균일한 자속 밀도 영역을 제공하도록 형성된 고정자;적어도 상당한 부분이 상기 적어도 하나의 공기갭의 적어도 하나에 위치하는 적어도 하나의 영구 자석을 지지하는 구조를 가지고 있는 전기자;상기 적어도 하나의 영구 자석의 자계와 상호작용하여 상기 전기자에 왕복력을 야기시키는 교류 자속을 상기 고정자에 야기하여 하이 파워 레벨일 때 상기 적어도 하나의 영구 자석의 적어도 한 끝이 실질적으로 공간적으로 균일한 자속 밀도 영역 외부를 통과하도록 되어 있는 에너지 공급 수단;을 포함하고,상기 전기자는, 사용시, 부하에 연결되어 상기 고정자에 대하여 상기 부하를 왕복시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복 부하를 구동시키기 위한 전기 리니어 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 에너지 공급 수단은, 상기 고정자의 일부분 둘레에 감겨져 있는 적어도 하나의 코일과, 직류 파워 서플라이, 상기 파워 서플라이에 연결되어 상기 적어도 하나의 코일에 전류를 공급하는 스위칭 장치와 메모리 및 입출력 포트를 포함하는 프로그램된 디지탈 프로세서를 갖추고 있는 정류회로를 포함하고, 상기 포트의 적어도 하나는 상기 정류 회로에 연결되어 상기 정류 회로에 스위칭 제어 신호를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리니어 모터.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 자석의 상기 적어도 하나의 끝이 상기 실질적으로 공간적으로 균일한 자속 밀도 영역 외부를 통과하는 상기 적어도 하나의 영구 자석의 변위가 최대 변위의 67%인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 리니어 모터.
- 압축기를 사용하는 냉동기에 있어서,압축기와 압축기 모터가 리니어 장치이고 그리고 상기 모터는:적어도 하나의 공기갭을 갖춘 자기투과성 코어를 가지고 있고, 상기 적어도 하나의 공기갭에 실질적으로 공간적으로 균일한 자속 밀도 영역 및 공간적으로 비균일한 자속 밀도 영역을 제공하도록 형성된 고정자;적어도 상당한 부분이 상기 적어도 하나의 공기갭의 적어도 하나의 공기갭에 위치하는 적어도 하나의 영구 자석을 지지하는 구조를 가지고 있는 전기자;상기 적어도 하나의 영구 자석의 자계와 상호작용하여 상기 전기자에 왕복력을 야기시키는 교류 자속을 상기 고정자에 야기하여 하이 파워 레벨일 때 상기 적어도 하나의 영구 자석의 적어도 한 끝이 실질적으로 공간적으로 균일한 자속 밀도 영역 외부를 통과하도록 되어 있는 에너지 공급 수단; 을 포함하고,상기 전기자는, 사용시, 부하에 연결되어 상기 고정자에 대하여 상기 부하를 왕복시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 압축기를 사용하는 냉동기.
