Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 이동국으로서, 상기 이동국 또는 상기 이동국의 사용자와 연관된 MSISDN(Mobile Subscriber Integrated Services Digital Network) 번호를 갖는 상기 이동국; 및 유동 인터넷 프로토콜 (IP : Internet Protocol) 어드레싱이 사용되고, 상기 이동국이 홈 네트워크(home network)로부터 떨어져 로밍하는 동안에 활성 패킷 데이터 프로토콜(PDP: Packet Data Protocol) 콘텍스트에 존재하지 않을 때 설정되는 VoIP(Voice-Over Internet Protocol) 호출들을 상기 이동국이 수신할 수 있도록 하기 위한 수단을 포함하는, UMTS(Universal Mobile Telecommunications System) 원격통신 시스템에 있어서,호출된 이동국의 IMSI(International Mobile Subscriber Identity)를 로밍 네트워크의 서빙 GGSN(Gateway GPRS Serving Node)에 통지하기 위한 수단, 및서빙 VoIP 콜 제어 서버가 호출된 MSISDN 번호를 상기 IMSI 번호에 매핑할 수 있도록 하기 위한 수단을 포함하는, UMTS 원격통신 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 이동국의 IMSI 번호를 사용하여 PDP 콘텍스트 셋업 절차들을 개시하기 위하여, 상기 VoIP 서버로부터 요청을 상기 GGSN이 수신할 수 있도록 하는, 상기 서빙 GGSN과 상기 서빙 VoIP 콜 제어 서버간의 인터페이스를 포함하는, UMTS 원격통신 시스템.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,서비스 품질 요건(QoS)이 상기 PDP 콘텍스트를 위해 표시되는, UMTS 원격통신 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 이동국의 MSISDN 번호를 그 이동국의 IMSI 번호에 매핑하는, 저장된 매핑 테이블을 포함하고, 상기 테이블은 상기 IMSI 번호를 상기 서빙 VoIP 콜 제어 서버에 전달하기 위해, 홈 VoIP 콜 제어 서버에 의해 액세스될 수 있는 곳에 저장되는, UMTS 원격통신 시스템.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,등록 시에, 이동국이 그 이동국의 IMSI 번호를 상기 서빙 VoIP 콜 제어 서버에 통지하도록 배열되어 있도록 하는 개선된 단말 등록 메시지를 제공하기 위한 수단을 포함하는, UMTS 원격통신 시스템.
- 청구항 6은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제 5 항에 있어서,상기 IMSI 및 MSISDN 번호들은 홈 및 서빙 VoIP 콜 제어 서버 사이의 하나 이상의 호출 셋업 메시지들 내에 상기 이동국의 에일리어스(alias)들로서 제공되는, UMTS 원격통신 시스템.
- 청구항 7은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 VoIP 콜 제어 서버는 H.323 게이트키퍼(gatekeeper) 또는 SIP(Session Initiation Protocol) 프록시/서버인, UMTS 원격통신 시스템.
- UMTS 원격통신 시스템의 이동국이, 유동IP 어드레싱이 사용되고 상기 이동국이 홈 네트워크로부터 떨어져 로밍하는 동안 활성 PDP 콘텍스트에 존재하지 않을 때 설정되는 VoIP 호출들을 수신할 수 있도록 하는 방법으로서, 상기 이동국 또는 그 이동국의 사용자는 연관된 MSISDN 번호를 갖는, 상기 방법에 있어서,로밍 네트워크의 서빙 GGSN에 상기 이동국의 IMSI 번호를 통지하는 단계, 및서빙 VoIP 콜 제어 서버가 상기 IMSI 번호에 상기 이동국의 MSISDN 번호를 매핑할 수 있도록 하는 단계를 포함하는, 이동국이 VoIP 호출들을 수신하도록 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 MSISDN 번호를 자신의 IMSI 번호에 매핑하는 홈 VoIP 콜 제어 서버에 의해 액세스될 수 있는, 저장된 매핑 테이블을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 이동국이 VoIP 호출들을 수신하도록 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 홈 VoIP 콜 제어 서버는 상기 서빙 VoIP 콜 제어 서버로 상기 IMSI 번호를 전달하는, 이동국이 VoIP 호출들을 수신하도록 하는 방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 이동국이 상기 로밍 네트워크에 등록할 때, 상기 이동국은 상기 서빙 VoIP 콜 제어 서버에 그 IMSI 번호로 알리는, 이동국이 VoIP 호출들을 수신하도록 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 호출된 상대방(called party)의 상기 IMSI 번호는 하나 이상의 호출 셋업 메시지들로 상기 홈 VoIP 콜 제어 서버로부터 상기 서빙 VoIP 콜 제어 서버로 전달되는, 이동국이 VoIP 호출들을 수신하도록 하는 방법.
