- 하기 화학식 1의 생분해성 멀티블록 공중합체.<화학식 1>상기 식에서,A는 폴리락타이드(PL), 폴리글리콜라이드(PG) 또는 폴리락타이드/폴리글리콜라이드(PL/PG)이고,PCL은 폴리 ε-카프로락톤이고,n은 2 내지 2000의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분자량이 2000 내지 500,000인 생분해성 멀티블록 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리락타이드, 폴리글리콜라이드 또는 폴리 ε-카프로락톤의 분자량이 500 내지 30,000인 생분해성 멀티블록 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 락타이드, 글리콜라이드 또는 락타이드/글리콜라이드와 ε-카프로락톤의 조성비가 1/9 내지 9/1인 생분해성 멀티블록 공중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 락타이드와 ε-카프로락톤의 조성비가 1/9 내지 9/1인 생분해성 멀티블록 공중합체.
- 폴리락타이드(글리콜라이드 또는 락타이드/글리콜라이드) 및 폴리 ε-카프로락톤을 제공하는 단계,상기 폴리락타이드(글리콜라이드 또는 락타이드/글리콜라이드) 또는 폴리 ε-카프로락톤의 말단에 아실할라이드를 도입하는 단계 및상기 폴리락타이드(글리콜라이드 또는 락타이드/글리콜라이드) 또는 폴리 ε-카프로락톤 말단의 아실할라이드를 대응하는 폴리 ε-카프로락톤 또는 폴리락타이드(글리콜라이드 또는 락타이드/글리콜라이드) 말단의 히드록시기와 커플링시키는 단계를 포함하는 하기 화학식 1의 생분해성 멀티블록 공중합체의 제조 방법.<화학식 1>상기 식에서,A는 폴리락타이드(PL), 폴리글리콜라이드(PG) 또는 폴리락타이드/폴리글리콜라이드(PL/PG)이고,PCL은 폴리 ε-카프로락톤이고,n은 2 내지 2000의 정수이다.
