Claims (5)
- 전체 구성성분 대비, 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 반복단위 45 내지 90몰%, 트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 반복단위 5 내지 25몰% 및 디메틸(-1,3-프로필렌)테레프탈레이트 반복단위 5 내지 30몰%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- a) 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트, 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 디카본산 성분으로서 테레프탈산 또는 디메틸테레프탈레이트와 디올 성분으로서 에틸렌글리콜 및 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로판)디올을 공중합시켜 얻은 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로판)디올 공중합 폴리에스테르를 블렌딩하여 폴리에스테르계 수지 혼합물을 얻는 단계;b) 상기 폴리에스테르계 수지 혼합물을 압출성형하여 용융쉬트를 제조하는 단계;c) 상기 용융쉬트를 냉각 및 고화시켜 냉각고화된 쉬트를 제조하는 단계; 및d) 상기 냉각고화된 쉬트를 연신하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는제1항의 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리트리메틸렌테레프탈레이트의 극한점도가 0.70 내지 0.95인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로판)디올 공중합 폴리에스테르의 극한점도가 0.50 내지 0.70인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 2,2-디메틸(-1,3-프로판)디올 공중합 폴리에스테르는 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 반복단위 75 내지 85몰% 및 디메틸(-1,3-프로필렌)테레프탈레이트 반복단위 15 내지 25몰%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름 제조방법.
