Claims (1)
- 바실러스 츄린겐시스(Bacillus thuringiensis) 제제를 제조함에 있어서, 바실러스 츄린겐시스 균을 영양배지(nutrient broth)에 접종한 다음 37℃의 교반배양기에서 정지기인 13~16시간동안 배양 후 망간 1.0중량%를 첨가하여 내열성의 내생포자 형성 및 이에 따른 내독소를 형성함을 특징으로 하는 파리유충 살충용 바실러스 츄린겐시스 균제제의 제조방법.
