Claims (31)
- 입자의 95% 이상의 직경이 ≤1.0 ㎛이며, 알칼리 토류금속(Ea)이 바륨(Ba) 또는 스트론튬(Sr)인, 입자형태의 알칼리 토류 금속의 탄산염(EaCO3)의 제조방법으로서, Ea(OH)2의 농도가 0.1~0.75 mol/l인 Ea(OH)2용액과 이산화탄소를 혼합하여 반응혼합물을 생성하며, 여기에서 용액 1 리터당 2~30 리터의 이산화탄소기체를 주입하고, 상기 반응혼합물은 연속적으로 작동하는 혼합반응기로 인도되고, 그 반응기내에서 높은 상대속도로 연동하는 공구에서 발생되는 전단력, 추진력 및 마찰력이 상기 반응혼합물에 가해진 다음, 그 반응기를 통과함에 따라 상기 반응혼합물로부터 생성되어 침전된 EaCO3을 분리해내고 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 알칼리 토류 금속의 탄산염(EaCO3)의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 탄산바륨을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 분리된 탄산스트론튬또는 탄산바륨을 건조하기 전에 물로 1회 또는 수 회 세척하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 0~130℃에서 이산화탄소가 혼합된 용액내에서 탄산스트론튬또는 탄산바륨을 침전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 40~130℃에서 이산화탄소가 혼합된 용액내에서 탄산스트론튬 또는 탄산바륨을 침전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 로터의 회전수는 2000~8000 U/min 인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 반응혼합물의 혼합반응기내에서의 지연시간은 5초 이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 침전단계 전, 침전단계 중 또는 침전단계 후에 결정체의 성장방지제를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 또는 제 8항에 있어서, 탄소수가 3~12이며 2개 이상의 카르복실기 또는 2개 이상의 하이드록시기를 갖는 카르복실산의 암모늄염 및 알킬암모늄염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 결정체의 성장방지제를 사용하여, Ea(OH)2의 농도가 0.1~0.75 mol/l인 Ea(OH)2용액과 이산화탄소를 혼합하여 반응혼합물을 생성하며, 여기에서 용액 1 리터당 2~30리터의 이산화탄소기체를 주입하고, 상기 반응혼합물은 연속적으로 작동하는 혼합반응기로 인도되고, 그 반응기내에서 높은 상대속도로 연동하는 공구에서 발생되는 전단력, 추진력 및 마찰력이 상기 반응혼합물에 가해진 다음, 그 반응기를 통과함에 따라 상기 반응혼합물로부터 생성되어 침전된 EaCO3인 탄산바륨 또는 탄산스트론튬을 분리해내고 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자형태의 탄산바륨또는 탄산스트론튬의제조방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 결정체의 성장방지제로서 구연산, 사과산, 아디핀산, 글루콘산, 글루카르산, 글루쿠론산, 타르타르산 또는 말레인산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 카르복실산의 암모늄염 또는 알킬암모늄염을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 구연산 또는 말레인산의 암모늄염을 사용하며, 구연산 수용액 또는 말레인산 수용액에 pH가 6~8이 되도록 암모니아를 투입하거나 또는 암모니아수용액을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 카르복실산염을 수용액 형태로 투입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 제조된 EaCO3또는 제조될 EaCO3에 대하여 0.01 중량% 이상의 카르복실산염이 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 제조된 EaCO3또는 제조될 EaCO3에 대하여 0.01~5 중량%의 카르복실산염이 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 반응기를 통해 반응혼합물을 통과시키자마자 카르복실산염을 첨가혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 탄소수가 3~12이며, 2개 이상의 카르복실기 또는 2개 이상의 하이드록시기를 갖는 카르복실산의 암모늄염 및 알킬암모늄염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 결정체의 성장방지제를 사용하여 제 1항 내지 제 4항 및 제 5항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 따라 제조되며, 입자의 95% 이상의 직경이 ≤1.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 BET-표면적이 3~30 m2/g인 입자형태의 탄산바륨.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 입자의 90% 이상의 직경이 ≤1.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, BET-표면적이 3~30 m2/g인 입자형태의 탄산바륨.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 입자의 100%가 직경이 ≤1.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는,BET-표면적이 3~30 m2/g인 입자형태의 탄산바륨.
- 탄소수가 3~12이며, 2개 이상의 카르복실기 또는 2개 이상의 하이드록시기를 갖는 카르복실산의 암모늄염 및 알킬암모늄염으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 결정체의 성장방지제를 사용하여 제 1항 내지 제 4항 및 제 5항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법에 따라 제조되며, 입자의 95% 이상의 직경이 ≤1.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 BET-표면적이 3~50 m2/g인 입자형태의 탄산스트론튬.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 입자의 90% 이상의 직경이 ≤1.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, BET-표면적이 3~50 m2/g인 입자형태의 탄산스트론튬.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 입자의 100%가 직경이 ≤1.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는, BET-표면적이 3~50 m2/g인 입자형태의 탄산스트론튬.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 결정체의 성장방지제로서, 사과산, 아디핀산, 구연산, 글루콘산, 글루카르산, 글루쿠론산, 타르타르산 또는 말레인산의 암모늄염 또는 알킬암모늄염이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산바륨.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 결정체의 성장방지제로서, 사과산, 아디핀산, 구연산, 글루콘산, 글루카르산, 글루쿠론산, 타르타르산 또는 말레인산의 암모늄염 또는 알킬암모늄염이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산스트론튬.
- 결정체의 성장방지제를 사용하지 않고, 제 1항 내지 제 4항 및 제 5항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해서 제조되며, 입자의 90%이상은 직경이 0.1~1.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 BET-표면적이 3~30 m2/g인 입자형태의 탄산바륨.
- 결정체의 성장방지제를 사용하지 않고, 제 1항 내지 제 4항 및 제 5항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해서 제조되며, 입자의 90%이상은 직경이 0.1~1.0㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 BET-표면적이 3~50 m2/g인 입자형태의 탄산스트론튬.
- 열에 의한 고체반응시에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 16항에 의한 탄산바륨의 사용방법.
- 열에 의한 고체반응시에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 24항에 의한 탄산바륨의 사용방법.
- 제 26항 또는 제 27항에 있어서, 전기 및 자기용 산소함유 세라믹물질의 제조시에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산바륨의 사용방법.
- 열에 의한 고체반응시에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 19항에 의한 탄산스트론튬의 사용방법.
- 열에 의한 고체반응시에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제 25항에 의한 탄산스트론튬의 사용방법.
- 제 29항 또는 제 30항에 있어서, 전기 및 자기용 산소함유 세라믹물질의 제조시에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄산스트론튬의 사용방법.
