Claims (5)
- 고분자 바인더를 이용하여 성형탄을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,성형탄 내에 포함된 고분자 수지의 함량이 미분탄의 중량 100에 대하여 0.3∼3 중량부가 되도록, 입도가 8 mm 이하인 미분탄과 유리전이온도가 -20∼40℃인 고분자 에멀젼 용액을 실온에서 혼합하여 혼합물을 만드는 단계; 및상기 혼합물을 80℃ 이상의 온도에서 가압 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 성형탄의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 에멀젼 용액은 상기 고분자 수지가 5∼60 중량% 포함된 것을 사용하고, 상기 고분자 에멀젼 용액을 상기 미분탄과 혼합할 때에는 미분탄의 중량 100에 대하여 5∼20 중량부 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형탄의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기한 고분자 에멀젼 용액은 고분자 수지를 계면활성제와 함께 물에 분산시키는 유화중합(emulsion polymerization) 처리에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형탄의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 수지로는 스틸렌, 부타디엔, 스틸렌-부타디엔 고무, 부틸 고무, 네오프렌 고무, 니트릴 고무, 아스팔트, 비닐아세테이트, 염화비닐, 아크릴레이트, 메타아크릴레이트 및 이들의 공중합체로 이루어지는 군 중에서 하나 이상을 선택하여 사용하는 성형탄의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 수지로는 스틸렌과 부타디엔의 공중합체를 선택하여, 상기 고분자 에멀젼 용액 내에 상기 스틸렌과 부타디엔의 공중합체가 10-30 중량% 포함된 고분자 에멀젼 용액을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형탄의 제조방법.
