Claims (6)
- 연료탱크에 저류된 연료를 일정량 빨아올려서 송급하는 피드펌프(23)와, 이 피드펌프로부터 송급된 연료를 소정의 연료압으로 압력조절하는 펌프실(26)과, 이 피드펌프실내의 연료를 소정량 흡입해서 분사노즐에 분배압송하는 펌프플런저(31)와, 상기 피드펌프의 상류쪽에 연통하는 저압실과 상기 펌프실에 연통하는 고압실을 가지고 상기 펌프플런저에 의한 연료분사시기를 제어하는 타이머피스톤(39)과, 이 타이머피스톤의 저압실과 고압실을 연통하는 바이패스통로(42)와, 이 바이패스통로의 개폐상태를 제어하는 제어밸브(43)와, 엔진이 정지했을 때에 상기 제어밸브에 의해 상기 바이패스통로를 개방해서 상기 타이머피스톤의 저압실과 고압실을 소정시간만큼 연통함으로써 타이머피스톤을 시동시의 분사시기위치로 변경하는 연료분사시기변경수단(17)을 구비한 것을 특징으로하는 디젤엔진의 연료분사시기제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연료분사시기변경수단(17)은, 상기 타이머피스톤을 최대지연각위치로 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 연료분사시기제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펌프실(26)과 상기 고압실(39b)은 조리개를 개재해서 연통하는 것을 특징으로하는 디젤엔진의 연료분사시기제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피드펌프(23)와 상기 펌프실(26)과의 사이에 상기 피드펌프의 연료송유압을 조정하는 조절밸브(27)가 설치되는 동시에, 상기 펌프실(26)로부터 상기 연료탱크(13)에 복귀하는 통로에 오버플로밸브(57)가 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 연료분사시기제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 타이머피스톤의 위치를 검출하는 피스톤위치검출수단(PS)을 설치하고, 상기 타이머피스톤위치가 시동시의 분사시기위치가 되었다는 것이 상기 피스톤위치검출수단(PS)에 의해 검출되면, 상기 연료분사시기변경수단(17)에 의한 타이머피스톤위치의 변경을 정지하는 것을 특징으로하는 디젤엔진의 연료 분사시기 제어 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 타이머피스톤의 위치를 검출하는 피스톤위치검출수단(PS)을 설치하고, 상기 타이머피스톤위치가 최대지연각위치가 되었다는 것이 상기 피스톤위치검출수단(PS)에 의해 검출되면, 상기 연료분사시기변경수단(17)에 의한 타이머피스톤위치의 변경을 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 디젤엔진의 연료분사시기 제어 장치.
