Claims (8)
- 하나 이상의 기지국과 통화를 연결하고 있는 이동 단말기가, 현재 통화를 연결하고 있지 않은 새로운 기지국의 파일럿 신호를 감지하고, 현재 통화를 연결중인 기지국과 상기 새로운 기지국의 파일럿 신호 세기를 포함하는 파일럿 측정 메시지를 기지국 제어기에게 보고하는 단계;상기 기지국 제어기가, 미리 저장된 인접 기지국 목록을 참조하여 상기 새로운 기지국이 상기 현재 통화를 연결중인 기지국의 인접 기지국인지를 확인하는 단계;상기 새로운 기지국이 상기 현재 통화를 연결중인 기지국의 인접 기지국이라면 상기 이동 단말기에게 핸드오프를 지시하는 단계;상기 새로운 기지국이 상기 현재 통화를 연결중인 기지국의 인접 기지국이 아니라면, 미리 정해진 소정의 반응시간이 지난 다음에 파일럿 측정 메시지를 보낼 것을 이동 단말기에게 명령하는 단계를 포함하는, 셀룰러 시스템에서 파일럿 측정 요구 명령의 제어방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이동 단말기에게 명령하는 단계는, 기지국 제어기가 이동 단말기에게 보내는 파일럿 측정 요구 명령 메시지에 상기 반응시간 정보를 포함하여 보내는, 셀룰러 시스템에서 파일럿 측정 요구 명령의 제어방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 이동 단말기에게 명령하는 단계는,상기 기지국 제어기가 상기 파일럿 측정 요구 명령 메시지의 반응시간 사용 여부 필드를 상기 반응시간의 사용을 지시하는 값으로 설정하는 단계;상기 기지국 제어기가 상기 파일럿 측정 요구 명령 메시지에 상기 반응시간을 지정하기 위한 반응시간 정보를 포함시키는 단계;상기 설정하는 단계 및 포함시키는 단계를 통해 생성된 명령 메시지를 상기 이동 단말기에게 보내는 단계를 포함하는, 셀룰러 시스템에서 파일럿 측정 요구 명령의 제어방법.
- 하나 이상의 기지국과 통화를 연결하고 있는 이동 단말기가, 현재 통화를 연결하고 있지 않은 새로운 기지국의 파일럿 신호를 감지하고, 현재 통화를 연결중인 기지국과 상기 새로운 기지국의 파일럿 신호 세기를 포함하는 파일럿 측정 메시지를 기지국 제어기에게 보고하는 단계;기지국 제어기가, 미리 저장된 인접 기지국 목록을 참조하여 상기 새로운 기지국이 상기 현재 통화를 연결중인 기지국의 인접 기지국인지를 확인하는 단계;상기 새로운 기지국이 상기 현재 통화를 연결중인 기지국의 인접 기지국이라면 상기 이동 단말기에게 핸드오프를 지시하는 단계;상기 새로운 기지국이 상기 현재 통화를 연결중인 기지국의 인접 기지국이 아니라면, 파일럿 측정 메시지를 보낼 것을 상기 이동 단말기에게 소정의 반응시간이 지난 다음에 명령하는 단계를 포함하는, 셀룰러 시스템에서 파일럿 측정 요구 명령의 제어방법.
- 하나 이상의 기지국과 통화를 연결할 수 있고, 다른 기지국의 서비스 영역으로 진입했음을 감지하여 파일럿 측정 메시지를 통해 기지국 제어기에게 보고하며, 기지국 제어기로부터 수신된 명령 메시지에 소정의 반응시간 값이 존재하는 경우 해당 반응시간이 지난 다음에 상기 수신된 명령 메시지를 처리하는 이동 단말기;상기 이동 단말기가 보고한 파일럿 측정 메시지가 적절하지 않은 경우, 이동 단말기에게 보내는 파일럿 측정 요구 명령 메시지에 상기 소정의 반응시간 값을 설정하여 보내는 기지국 제어기를 포함하는, 셀룰러 시스템에서 파일럿 측정 요구 명령의 제어시스템.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 기지국 제어기는, 상기 다른 기지국이 현재 해당 이동 단말기와 통화를 연결하고 있는 기지국의 인접 기지국이 아닌 경우, 이동 단말기에게 보내는 파일럿 측정 요구 명령 메시지에 상기 소정의 반응시간을 설정하는, 셀룰러 시스템에서 파일럿 측정 요구 명령의 제어시스템.
- 하나 이상의 기지국과 통화를 연결할 수 있으며, 다른 기지국의 서비스 영역으로 진입했음을 감지하여 파일럿 측정 메시지를 통해 기지국 제어기에게 보고하는 이동 단말기; 및상기 이동 단말기가 보고한 파일럿 측정 메시지가 적절하지 않은 경우, 미리 정해진 소정의 시간이 지난 다음에 상기 이동 단말기에게 파일럿 측정 요구 명령 메시지를 보내는 기지국 제어기를 포함하는, 셀룰러 시스템에서 파일럿 측정 요구 명령의 제어시스템.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 기지국 제어기는, 상기 다른 기지국이 현재 해당 이동 단말기와 통화를 연결하고 있는 기지국의 인접 기지국이 아닌 경우, 상기 소정의 시간이 지난 다음에 상기 이동 단말기에게 파일럿 측정 요구 명령 메시지를 보내는, 셀룰러 시스템에서 파일럿 측정 요구 명령의 제어시스템.
