Claims (5)
- 자외선 경화수지 접착부의 일면에 제2기판, 반사막, 상부 보호막이 형성되고, 이의 반대면에 부분 반사막, 제1기판 및 하부 보호막이 형성된 광디스크에 있어서, 상기 부분 반사막이 고굴절 유전체막(24), 저굴절 유전체막(25) 및 고굴절 유전체막(26)으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고굴절 유전체막(24,26)이 SiNx, AIN 또는 TiN등과 같은 질화물, 또는 ZnS등과 같은 황화물로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기, 고굴절 유전체막(24,26)의 두께가 20-200㎚임을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저굴절 유전체막(25)이 SiO2, AlO등과 같은 산화물, 또는 MgF등과 같은 불화물임을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저굴절 유전체막(25)의 두께가 100-150㎚임을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
