Claims (4)
- 미리 경화된 일방향 적층부재로 만들어져 맨드릴 역할을 동시에 수행하는 복합재 중공부재(30)와, 상기 복합재 중공부재(30)의 양 단부에 분리 가능하게 설치되어 중공보의 최종제품을 얻을 수 있도록 한 축부재(44)(46)와, 상기 복합재 중공부재(30)에 필라멘트와인딩으로 45°적층부재(48)를 형성하여 복합재 중공보(50)를 제작한 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트와인딩을 이용한 복합재 중공보.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 복합재 중공부재(30)는 두 개의 ㄷ형상의 보(32) (34)가 고정수단에 의해 서로 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트와인딩을 이용한 복합재 중공보.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 복합재 중공부재(30)를 이루는 보(32) (34)의 내부에 보강부재(40)를 부착한 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트와인딩을 이용한 복합재 중공보.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 복합재 중공부재(30)를 이루는 두 개의 보(32)(34)가 결합되는 부위의 두께를 증가시켜 스티프너의 역할을 할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 필라멘트와인딩을 이용한 복합재 중공보.
