Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 가교성 히드록시 함유 중합체 및 폴리이소시아네이트 가교제를 주성분으로 하는 2성분 코팅 조성물에 있어서, (a) C2-C10알칸올 아민을 사용해서 반응 종결시킨 폴리우레탄 예비 종합체를 함유하는 수계 폴리우레탄 예비 중합체/중합된 아크릴레이트 단위를 포함하는 하이브리드와 (b) 상기 폴리이소시아네이트 가교제로서 수분산성 폴리이소시아네이트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 2성분 코팅 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수분산성 폴리이소시아네이트가 지방족, 방향족 또는 시클로 지방족 디이소시아네이트인 코팅 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 예비중합체/중합된 아크릴레이트 단위를 포함하는 하이브리드내의 상기 폴리우레탄 예비 중합체 성분을 형성하는데 사용되는 폴리이소시아네이트가 지방족, 방향족 또는 시클로 지방족 디이소시아네이트인 코팅 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 예비중합체/중합된 아크릴레이트 단위를 함유하는 하이브리드가 상기 폴리우레탄 예비중합체/하이브리드의 성분으로서 중합된 히드록시 아크릴레이트 단위를 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 예비중합체/하이브리드 내의 중합된 히드록시 아크릴레이트 단위가 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 C1-C6알킬 에스테르의 히드록시 아크릴레이트의 중합 단위를 포함하고, 또 중합된 아크릴레이트 단위는 아크릴산 또는 메타크릴산의 C1-C6알킬 에스테르 하나 이상을 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 예비중합체/중합된 아크릴레이트 단위를 함유하는 하이브리드 내의 폴리이소시아네이트가 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 시클로헥산-1,4-디이소시아네이트, 4,4'-디시클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트, 3,3-디메틸-4,4-디(아미노 시클로헥실)메탄, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 및 도데카메틸렌 디이소시아네이트로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 코팅 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, C2-C10알칸올아민이 sec-알칸올아민인 코팅 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 sec-알칸올아민이 디에탄올아민인 코팅 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 예비중합체/중합된 아크릴레이트 단위를 함유하는 하이브리드의 아크릴레이트 부분이 약 10중량% 내지 25중량%의 히드록시 아크릴레이트 및 20중량% 이상의 메틸메타크릴레이트를 포함하는 코팅 조성물.
- a) 카르복시 함유 수분산성 이소시아네이트 말단 폴리우레탄 예비중합체를 제조하고,b) 상기 카르복시 함유, 수분산성 이소시아네이트 말단 폴리우레탄 예비중합체에 하나이상의 아크릴 단량체를 첨가하고,c) 상기 이소시아네이트 말단 폴리우레탄 예비중합체/단량체 혼합물에 t-아민을 첨가해서 카르복시기와 중화 반응시킨 후에,d) 상기 예비중합체/단량체 혼합물을 물에 분산시키고,e) 유용성(油容性) 자유 라디칼 개시제를 첨가한 후,f) 상기 아크릴 단량체를 중합시키고,g) 생성된 하이브리드 분산액을 수분산성 폴리이소시아네이트와 혼합해서 2성분 코팅 조성물을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 이소시아네이트 말단 폴리우레탄 예비중합체를 C2-C10알칸올아민과 반응시켜서 사슬 종결 폴리우레탄 예비 중합체를 제조하고, 수분산성 이소시아네이트 폴리우레탄 예비중합체에 대한 적어도 부분적인 대체물로서 상기 수분산성 사슬 종결 폴리우레탄 예비중합체를 사용하며, 또 예비중합체/단량체 혼합물의 형성시에 단량체 성분중 하나로서 히드록시 아크릴레이트를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 하나이상의 히드록시 아크릴레이트를 중합 반응전에 상기 중화시킨 사슬 종결 폴리우레탄 예비중합체에 첨가하는 방법.
