Claims (6)
- 천연슬러지에서 분리된 신균주 캔디다 트롭피칼리스(Candida tropicalis) (기탁번호 KFCC-10960호)를 이용하여 자일로스, 질소원 및 무기염류 함유 배지에서 배양시킴을 특징으로 하는 고수율 고생산성의 자일리톨 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 발효배지는 자일로스 5~12%, 효모추출물 0.2~2.0%, 이인산칼륨 0.2~2.0% 및 황산마그네슘 0.01~0.2%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자일리톨의 제조방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 신균주 캔디다 트롭피칼리스의 종배양은 포도당 18~22 g/L, 펩톤 4~6 g/L, 효모추출물 2.5~3.5g/L 및 맥아추출물 2.5~3.5 g/L가 함유된 YM 배지에서 균체농도가 3~4 g/L로 성장할때 까지 진탕배양시킴을 특징으로 하는 자일리톨의 제조방법
- 천연 슬러지의 시료를 희석한 후 자일로스 18~22 g/L, 펩톤 4~6 g/L, 효모 추출물 2.5~3.5 g/L, 맥아 추출물 2.5~3.5 g/L, 아가(agar) 12~17 g/L가 포함된 평판을 이용하여 28~32에서 빨리 성장하는 균주들을 중심으로 단일 군락(single colony)을 선별하고, 이들 선별된 균주들을 자일로스 90~110 g/L, 효모 추출물 4~6 g/L, 황산암모니움 4~6 g/L, 이인산칼륨 4~6 g/L로 구성된 배지에서 발효시간 25~35시간 후에 자일리톨을 가장 많이 생성하는 균을 선별함을 특징으로 하는 신균주 캔디다 트롭피칼리스(Candida tropicalis) (기탁번호 KFCC-10960호)의 분리방법
