Claims (5)
- 기판과, 이 기판 상에 서로 이웃되게 배치되고 방사각과 파장이 서로 다른 광을 출사하는 제1 및 제2 표면광레이저를 포함하는 광원과;상기 광원에서 출사된 광을 기록매체의 기록면으로 집속시키는 대물렌즈와;상기 기록매체에서 반사된 광을 수광하여 정보신호 및 오차신호를 검출하는 광검출기와;상기 광원과 대물렌즈 사이의 광경로 상에 배치되어 입사광의 진행경로를 변환하는 편광빔스프리터와;상기 대물렌즈와 편광빔스프리터 사이의 광경로 상에 배치되어 입사광의 편광성분을 변환하는 파장판;을 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 호환형 광픽업장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2 표면광레이저 각각은 기판과, 이 기판 순차로 적층된 하부전극층, 하부반사기층, 활성층, 상부반사기층 및 상기 활성층에서 생성된 광이 출사되는 윈도우를 갖는 상부전극층을 포함하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 호환형 광픽업장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1표면광레이저와 제2표면광레이저 사이에는 전기적으로 분리하는 차단판이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 호환형 광픽업장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 제1표면광레이저는 적색파장의 광을 출사하고, 상기 제2표면광레이저는 적외선파장의 광을 출사하며,상기 제1표면광레이저에서 출사되는 광의 방사각 보다 상기 제2표면광레이저에서 출사되는 광의 반사각이 크도록, 상기 제1표면광레이저의 윈도우가 상기 제2표면광레이저의 윈도우 보다 크게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 호환형 광픽업장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파장판은 입사되는 직선편광의 광을 원편광의 광으로, 입사되는 원편광의 광을 직선편광의 광으로 바꾸어주는 λ/4파장판인 것을 특징으로 하는 호환형 광픽업장치.
