Claims (18)
- 액정배향막이 폴리실록산과 신나모일 유도체로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정배향용 감광성물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리실록산은 OH 또는 CH3중 하나로 치환된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정배향용 감광성물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리실록산은 OH와 CH3혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정배향용 감광성물질.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 신나모일기의 유도체는 치환기가 H, F, Cℓ, CN, CF3, OCF3, CnH2n+1또는 OCnH2n+1(n : 1~10)중의 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정배향용 감광성물질.

- 기판과; 액정층과; 상기 액정층을 배향하기 위해 상기 기판과 액정층사이에 형성된 폴리실리록산과 신나모일기 유도체를 포함하는 배향막으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1기판과; 제2기판과; 상기 제1기판과 제2기판사이의 액정층과; 상기 제1기판위에 형성된 폴리실록산 및 신나모일기 유도체를 포함하는 제1배향막과; 상기 제1배향막 물질과 다른 물질을 포함하고, 상기 제1배향막과 상호 작용하여 상기 액정층을 배향하기 위한 상기 제2기판위에 형성된 제2배향막으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1기판과; 제2기판과; 상기 제1기판과 제2기판사이의 액정층과; 상기 제2기판위에 형성된 제1배향막과; 상기 제1배향막과 제2배향막은 각각 상기 액정층을 배향하기 위해 폴리실록산과 신나모일기 유도체로 구성된 감광성물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2배향막은 폴리아마이드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2배향막은 폴리이미드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2배향막은 폴리비닐 4-메톡시신나메이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2배향막은 폴리비닐 신나메이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2배향막은 폴리비닐 플루오르신나메이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2배향막은 폴리비닐알콜을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제2배향막은 산화실리콘을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
