Claims (3)
- 자동차의 주행에 따라 검출되는 주행속도가 규정속도를 기준으로 그 이하의 속도에서 점화시기 지연을 위해 설정한 제1설정속도를 초과하고 있는지를 판단하는 단계와; 상기에서 현재의 주행속도가 상기 제1설정속도를 초과하는 것으로 판단되면 차량의 상태에 따라 점화시기 지각을 위해 설정한 제1변화율의 기울기로 점화시기를 지각시켜 엔진의 출력을 감소시키는 단계와; 점화시기 지각을 실행한 이후 현재의 주행속도를 검출하여 규정 속도를 기준으로 그 이하의 속도에서 연료 공급 차단을 위해 설정한 제2설정속도를 초과하고 있는지를 판단하는 단계와; 상기에서 검출되는 현재의 주행속도가 제2설정속도를 초과하는 것으로 판단되면 연소실에 공급되는 연료를 차단시키는 단계와; 상기 점화시기의 지각 및 연료 공급의 차단이 유지되는 상태에서 검출되는 현재의 주행속도가 연료 공급을 재개시키기 위해 설정한 제3설정속도 이하인지를 판단하는 단계와; 상기에서 현재의 주행속도가 제3설정속도 이하를 유지하고 있는 상태이면 연료공급을 재개한 다음 시간의 경과를 카운터하여 정상적인 연료공급이 이루어지기까지의 지연시간을 감안하여 설정한 설정시간이 경과하였는지를 판단하는 단계와; 상기 단계에서 시간의 카운터가 설정된 시간을 경과한 것으로 판단되면 차량의 상태에 따라 점화시기 진각을 위해 설정한 제2변화율의 기울기로 점화시기를 진각시켜 자동차의 주행속도를 회복시키는 단계와; 상기 단계에서 점화시기 만의 지각으로 주행속도가 감소하여 연료공급 재개를 위해 설정한 제3설정속도 이하로 주행하게 되는 경우 점화시기를 상기 제2의 변화율 기울기로 진각시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 속도 제한 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점화시기의 지각을 위한 제1변화율의 기울기와 점화시기 진각을 위한 제2변화율의 기울기는 자동차의 주행상태에 따라 실험을 통해 검출하여 엔진의 동작에 무리가 가지 않는 정도의 값을 테이블로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 속도 제한 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 점화시기 지각을 위한 제1설정속도는 규정된 제한 속도 이하에서 설정되고, 연료 공급 차단을 위한 제2설정속도는 규정된 제한 속도 보다 낮고 상기 제1설정속도 보다 높은 속도레서 설정하며, 연료 공급 재개를 위한 제3설정속도는 점화시기 보다 낮은 속도에서 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 속도 제한 제어방법.
