Claims (4)
- 용융시 기질 금속이 자발적으로 충전재 덩어리 또는 예비형체를 용침시켜 금속 기질 복합체를 형성하도록 충전재 덩어리 또는 예비형체를 기질 금속체에 병렬배치하는 단계, 상기 기질 금속이 자발적으로 충전재 덩어리 또는 예비형체를 용침시킬 때 기질 금속이 1개 이상의 부가몸체의 일부 또는 전부와 접촉하도록 1개 이상의 부가몸체를 상기 충전재 덩어리 또는 예비형체에 병렬 배치하는 단계, 기질 금속을 기질 금속의 융점 이상이면서 상기 충전재 또는 예비형체의 융점 이하인 온도로 가열하는 단계, 용침 분위기 기체를 제공하는 단계, 상기 충전재 덩어리 또는 예비형체의 일부 또는 전부를 상기 기질 금속으로 자발적으로 용침시켜 기질 금속 복합체를 형성하는 단계, 자발적 용침을 계속하여 상기 기질 금속이 상기 부가몸체의 일부 또는 전부 접촉시키는 단계, 상기 기질 금속을 기질 금속의 융점 이하의 온도로 냉각시켜서, 상기 1개 이상의 부가몸체에 일체적으로 부착 또는 결합된 금속 기질 복합체를 포함하는 거대복합체를 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 거대복합체의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용침 촉진제 전구체 및 용침촉진제중 하나 이상을 기질 금속, 충전재 또는 예비형체 및 용침 분위기 기체 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상에 추가 공급하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기질 금속은 알루미늄을 포함하며, 용침 분위기 기체는 질소를 포함하고 용침 촉진제 전구체는 마그네슘, 스트론튬 및 칼슘으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 기질 금속은 알루미늄을 포함하며, 용침 분위기 기체는 산소를 포함하고 용침 촉진제 전구체는 아연을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
