The lid fastener 9 secures the lid portion 5 and covers one end of the outer case 1 by engaging a fastener portion (e.g., a convex portion of the fastener) of a fastener/stopper portion 10 provided at a predetermined position on the outer case 1 with the concave portion of the lid fastener 9 when the lid portion 5 is bent from a predetermined position. In addition, a stop portion 4 for limiting withdrawal is integrally formed and extends from the other longitudinal end edge of the flat portion 2A of the inner case 2. When the inner case 2 is pulled out, the stop portion 4 abuts against the stopper portion of the fastener/stopper portion 10 provided at a predetermined position on the outer case 1, preventing the inner case 2 from being pulled out any further.
