Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は作業員特に背負動力散布機作業員が
薬剤散布作業中において、曲り管、蛇管およびホ
ース等に滞留される静電気を空中放電することで
作業中における電気的衝撃をうけることなく、し
かも田園、菜園、果樹園等の作業場においても安
心して自由に随所に移動可能な動力散布機の静電
気放出機に係るものである。

従来、薬剤タンク、発動機および送風機等を搭
載したフレームを背中に背負い、田園、菜園、果
樹園等での薬剤散布に際し、薬剤タンクから流出
した薬剤が、フアンケースに接続した曲り管を経
て蛇管、ホース等を通過するとき、薬剤とこれら
管内壁面との摩擦により発生する静電気が、散布
作業の続行で次第に前記個所に貯留されるため、
作業員がこの個所に手を触れた瞬間に電気的衝撃
を受けることが往々あり、散布作業において身体
上の災害を蒙る危険がある。よつて動力散布機に
貯留された静電気を除去するために、鎖もしくは
針金のような導電体を動力散布機の適所に取付
け、之を地面に接触させて放電を行わせている
が、前記導電体は地面に接触しているため、作業
員が作業中に誤つて接地部分を踏みつけたり、も
しくは接地部分が枝や雑草等に係止され、その結
果破断もしくは切損して導電体としての機能を喪
失する惧れもあつた。そこでこの考案は前記のよ
うな欠点を是正し、散布作業中において貯留され
る静電気を空中放電させることで常時安心して作
業に従事可能な動力散布機の静電気放出機を提供
しようとするもので、フアンケースに連結した曲
り管と少くとも蛇管の内壁面にアース線を沿設
し、該アース線に取りつけた放電体を地面に対し
空所を存して自由状態下で懸垂し空中放電を行わ
せるようにしたものである。

おいて放電体6は刷毛状の放電性材質からなる素
片eの中途を結束し、この結束した個所に導電性
の係止片dをアース線5に取付けるようにしてあ
るが、之に限らず、その他適宜の形態のものを選
定可能であり、またアース線5をホース4の一部
に迄延長させてもよい。図中jはホース4の噴出
孔、Eは発動機、Aは空気清浄器、Mはマフラー

で踏みつけることもなく、また枝、雑草等に係止
して切断もしくは破損する惧れもない上に、空中
放電を利用するため、作業場の状況いかんに不
拘、随時、随所において使用可能であり、かつ構
造は極めて簡単であるから放電のための費用は極
めて低廉である等の実益を有するものである。
