。(Prior Art) Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 4, a compressor 4 in a pipe 3 is connected to an L gutter 2H to float and lower a flotation device 1 such as an oil fence or a silt fence. The air is supplied through the supply/discharge valve 5, from the piping 6 extending to the tip of the pier 2, and via the hose 7.
For floating and sinking, the compressor 4 was stopped, the supply/discharge valve 5 was opened to the atmosphere, and the air in the flotation device f was discharged, and the vessel was sinking. However, when the flotation device 1 is offshore, the hose 7 becomes long and causes inconvenience to ship navigation, etc., so the hose 7 and the piping 6 are separated and the end of the hose 7 is attached as shown in Fig. 5. A supply/exhaust pipe 9 fixed on the floating body 8 is connected as shown in FIG. The end port 14 may be exposed to waves, and seawater may enter and reach the flotation device 1 through the supply/exhaust pipe 9.

Reference numeral 10 denotes a valve at the end of the supply/exhaust pipe 9, to which a compressor 12 of a work boat 11 is connected, and air is fed under pressure to float the flotation device S11 above the seabed 13. Valve 10 is then closed and disconnected from the compressor.
