Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform quiet operation by compressing gas in a compressor part and providing a delivery path, which delivers the compressed gas into an enclosed vessel, and a means, which decreases pulsation of the compressed gas silencing its noise, in this delivery path. CONSTITUTION:The first and second compressor parts 8, 9 are provided respectively in the bottom side part of a rotary shaft 5. The first cover chamber 15 provides the first communication path 26 serving as the delivery path. The first communication path 26 provides the first volume part 29 serving as the silencing means. Similarly the second communication path 27 provides the second volume part 32 serving as the silencing means. In this way, a quiet feed of the gas, forced to be press fed, can be performed by enabling pulsation of the gas, forced to be press fed from each cylinder chamber 12, 19 to be damped by the resonating action.
