Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent peeling from being generated due to the high temperature of a fluororesin layer by providing the fluororesin layer on a silicon rubber layer via a fluororubber layer. CONSTITUTION:A thermal fixing roller 1 is formed by coating a core 10 consisting of Al, etc., by the silicon rubber layer 20 via a primer 11, coating the surface of the layer 20 by the fluororubber layer 30 via a primer 21, and furthermore, coating the layer 30 by the fluororesin layer 40. And as the layer 40, fluororesin having softening point of >=290 deg.C is used. By constituting the roller in such way, adhesiveness between the payer 40 and the layer 30 can be prevented from being lowered even when the roller 1 is used under a condition where the high temperature is received, and a fixing roller hard to be peeled can be obtained at a low cost.
