Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure complete pollution-free and high efficiency in an electric power plant by comprising an air separation plant, a fuel reforming-separation plant, an N2 purification plant, a CO2 purification plant and a steam turbine plant. CONSTITUTION:An air separator 6 manufactures O2 and N2. Then fuel becomes CO2 and H2 gas by a CO transformer 21 so as to be supplied to a gas separator 50. CO2 is subjected to liquefacation or high pressure gasification by a gas purification plant 53. O2 gas and H2 gas are controlled by control valves 26, 27 and supplied to a high pressure combustor 28 and burned so as to become steam. The steam drives a high pressure turbine 29 and a low pressure turbine 35 so that a generator 36 generates electricity. With this arrangement, complete pollution-free and high efficiency are secured.
