Abstract

A data flow supervising part 11 in the control part 1 supervises the flow of the data and when the characteristic of the MODEM 3 or the MODEM 4 to be used is not matched, a MODEM switching part 12 automatically executes the switching to either MODEM 3 or the MODEM 4 to be suitable. Thus, a personal computer can execute the data communication of the satisfactory efficiency without being conscious of a communication system.
