Abstract
PURPOSE:To rapidly melt a frozen material without changing of the qualities of the frozen material, by using a melting device consisting of a graphite compound having excellent thermal diffusion and a graphite composite material and heating the frozen material at normal temperature or at low temperature. CONSTITUTION:A material 8 to be melted is inserted between graphite plates 2 consisting of a graphite compound such as graphite-silicon carbide having excellent thermal diffusion and a graphite composite material and heated at normal temperature or low temperature so that loss of heat transfer is lessened, heat efficiency is raised and the material to be melted is rapidly melted.
