Abstract
PURPOSE: To achieve a simplification of the structure and facilitate the assembling by a method a protrusion is formed at the center of one end face of a shaft tube and a recess part is formed on the other end face to get the protrusion rotatably inserted thereinto for preventing the breakage of beater unit bodies. CONSTITUTION: With the rotation of a core tube 3, a beater member 9 rotates. In this process, when a resistance differently acts on each of beater unit bodies 10, the position of rotation of each beater unit body 10 is deviated so that a torsion moment is absorbed working on a protrusion 13 to prevent the breakage thereof. The protrusion 13 may be fitted into a recess part 14 or the diameter of the recess part may be increased to loosely fit the protrusion 13 into the recess part 14 so that the protrusion can move in the recess part 14. With such an arrangement, each beater unit body 10 is made rotatable separately without the blocking of its rolling motion by other beater unit bodies 10. Thus, the protrusion 13 has neither the torsion moment nor shearing stress working thereon to make it even harder to break.
