Therefore, a large amount of steel fiber reinforcing material is required to be mixed per unit volume of cement, and therefore, it is desired to reduce the unit price of the steel fiber reinforcing material.

Generally, a roll-shaped cutter is used, which is made by laminating a plurality of disc-shaped cutters with a plurality of cutting blade tips with a blade width corresponding to the length of the steel fiber reinforcement so that the width corresponds to the width of the steel slab. ing.

。Specifically, a plurality of cutters disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-37102 are stacked and used, and the cutting edge of the cutter is made of steel fibers of a predetermined length and a suitable length. The positions of the cutting blades between adjacent disc-shaped cutters are shifted so as to have a twist, and the cutting blades are also set at an appropriate helix angle so that they partially overlap at both ends to avoid leaving uncut parts on the steel piece. has been granted. However,
If the disc-shaped cutters as described above are simply stacked, both ends of the cutting edge 1 will come into point contact with the side surfaces of the adjacent disc-shaped cutter 2, as partially shown in FIG. The component force Fs of the resistance F acts in the direction of the arrow in the figure, causing damage to the end of the cutting blade tip 1 that is in point contact with the side surface of the cutter. If an edge having a section is used as a cutting edge, it is not possible to obtain steel fibers with a predetermined shape.

The main feature is that the outer circumferential surface of the disc-shaped cutter body has an appropriate helix angle and radial rake, and a flat tip is attached to the side of the cutter body so that at least one end protrudes slightly. In addition to removably planting a plurality of chips, a notch is provided on the outer periphery of one side of the cutter body to accommodate the lateral protrusion of one of the tips, and a cutout is provided on the outer periphery of the other side of the cutter body to accommodate the lateral protrusion of one of the tips. The point is that an appropriate number of disc-shaped cutters each having an inclined notch corresponding to the angle of inclination formed by the ridge line of the protruding part that accommodates the side protruding part are laminated in close contact with each other.
以下、本発明を図示の実施例に基いて詳細に説明する。Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on illustrated embodiments.

A wedge piece 9 and a screw 10 for fixing it to the cutter body 5 are arranged so that the flat tip 8 has an appropriate helix angle α and negative radial rake β, and so that both ends of the tip 8 protrude slightly from the width W of the small ivy. At the same time, the other side has the ridge line 1 of the other side protrusion.
2 is provided with an inclined notch 13 having an inclination angle corresponding to the tip 8.
is configured to be in line contact with the inclined notch 13. It goes without saying that the helix angle α and the radial rake β are appropriately selected and used depending on the material of the workpiece.

効果は極めて大きいものである。In the cutter of the present invention having the arm structure described above, cutouts corresponding to the protruding parts of the tips 8 are provided on both sides of each disc-shaped cutter main body 5, so that when they are stacked, each disc Since there is no gap between the shaped cutters, there is no negative effect associated with the accumulation of steel fibers as in the conventional case, and the ridgeline 12 at the end of the chip 8 that receives the component force Fs of the cutting resistance has a slope of the inclined notch 13. Since it is in line contact with the surface, even if a large component force is received, it is received by the ridge line 12 of the chip 8, so there is no damage to the end of the chip 8, and therefore, the chip 8 has excellent performance. By being able to provide a cutter and, in turn, extending the life of the cutter, it becomes possible to provide an inexpensive steel fiber reinforcing material, which has an extremely large effect.
