Conventionally, alarm equipment for apartment buildings that warns of fires and gas leaks involves installing a receiver (home monitor) in each dwelling unit that receives the activation of a detector such as a fire or gas leak and issues an alarm. However, in the event of a fire, gas leak, etc., it is necessary to set off the alarms on the receivers of not only the unit where the fire occurred, but also other units on the same floor, and even units on the floor directly above where there is a risk of fire spreading. be.

The present invention has been made in view of this point, and is an alarm system for an apartment complex in which each dwelling unit is equipped with a receiver that receives the activation of a detector such as a fire or a gas leak and sets off an alarm in each dwelling unit. As an alarm sounding device, the receivers of all dwelling units are connected to each other with a common line, and the receivers of only the same block, such as each floor, and the receivers of other blocks, such as the floors directly above or directly below, are signaled. Separate wires are used to connect them to each other, and when the own sensor is activated, the own alarm is sounded, and the signal wire to the receiver of another dwelling unit is shorted to low impedance, and the signal wire of the other receiver is low impedance. By sounding your own alarm when impedance is detected, it is possible to issue an alarm not only from your own sensor but also from the activation of sensors in other residences, thereby ensuring appropriate alarms in emergencies. The object of the present invention is to provide an alarm sounding device for alarm equipment which is sufficiently widespread for apartment buildings.

First, in the embodiment shown in the figure, since the housing units on each floor are the same block, the first signal line terminal of each receiver 1 on the first to nth floors is the same as the first signal line terminal of the other receivers 1 on the same floor. They are mutually connected to one signal line terminal L1 by a signal line 3. On the other hand, with the fire alarm system shown in the figure, it is necessary to issue an alarm in other blocks that are directly above the floor where the fire occurred, so for example, each residential unit A1 on the first floor. The first signal line terminal A1m is led out to the second floor by the signal line 4, and connected to the residential unit A1. A signal line is connected to each of the second signal line terminals L2 in the receiver 1 of ~7m people.

Now, let's say that the apartment on the first floor is A8. If the fire detector 5 detects a fire and is activated, the contact of the fire detector 5 closes and a line current flows through the power supply 6, the resistor R8, and the fire detector 5, and this line current causes the transistor Q
, turns on and energizes the relay 7. At the same time, by turning on the transistor Q1, power is supplied to the room fire light 8 and the buzzer 9, and the sound of the buzzer 9 causes a fire alarm to be issued within the dwelling unit A11. Moreover, the output of transistor Q is
Since the fire light 11 and buzzer 12 provided outside the dwelling unit A are also supplied, the ringing of the buzzer 12 also issues a fire alarm outside the dwelling unit A.

A line current flows through the receiver 1 of. As a result of the line current flowing through residential units A and H, which are operating due to the fire, the other residential units A1t to A1 on the first floor in the same block are
The receiver 1 at m is affected by the line current flowing through the signal line 3. For example, to explain the receiver circuit of dwelling unit A1m,
The line current flows from the current source 6 to the first signal line terminal via the resistors R, R, and the diode D, and the line current flows from the resistor R to the first signal line terminal.
Due to the voltage drop caused by 1, the transistor Q turns on, sounds the buzzer 9, and turns on the other room fire light 10, thereby informing the other dwelling unit A on the same floor that a fire has occurred in the dwelling unit A on the same floor. ~A, m can be used to know. On the other hand, on the second floor, which is directly above the floor where the fire occurred, the line current flows through the signal line 4 to the receiver 1 of the dwelling unit on the first floor that is detecting the fire, and the signal line 4 is connected to the receiver A of the dwelling unit on the second floor. □~A, the second signal line terminal L of the receiver 1 at m! Because it is connected to
A line current flows into the second signal line terminal Lt through the power supply resistor R, R, and diode D of the receiver 1, and the voltage generated in the resistor R1 turns on the resistor Q, and the buzzer 9 is turned on. sounds and lights up the fire light 1o in the other room.

As explained above, according to the present invention, an alarm system for alarm equipment in an apartment complex is provided in which each dwelling unit is equipped with a receiver that receives the activation of a detector such as a fire gas leak and sounds an alarm in each dwelling unit. As a ringing device, the receivers of all the dwelling units are connected to each other with a common line, and the receivers of only the same block, such as each floor, and the receivers of other blocks, such as those on the floor directly above or directly below, are connected by a signal line. When the sensor activates, it sounds its own alarm and short-circuits the signal line to other receivers to low impedance, and detects low impedance of the signal line by other receivers. Since the unit's own alarm will sound even when the alarm is activated, not only will the alarm be triggered by the activation of the unit's own sensor, but also the activation of the predetermined sensor in another unit will be alerted within the residence by connecting the signal line. Even if the alarm sound from the outdoor alarm in the dwelling unit where the fire occurred cannot be heard inside the dwelling unit, the alarm installed in the dwelling unit will sound in response to a fire or gas leak in another dwelling unit. In the event of an emergency, an appropriate and sufficient warning can be sent to the dwelling unit that requires the warning, and in the event of a fire or gas leak, fire extinguishing or evacuation activities can be quickly carried out in the apartment building. . In addition, in addition to own fires and gas leaks (11), alarms are displayed for fires and gas leaks in other dwelling units, so a mutual monitoring function is provided to mutually monitor fires and gas leaks between each dwelling unit. Even if a fire or gas leak occurs in one dwelling unit, the occurrence of fire or gas leak in other dwelling units can be detected, so that prompt and appropriate countermeasures can be taken.
