認用リミツトスイツチ24が作動すると圧縮空気発生装
置14と連通しているエアーシリンダー10の電磁切換
弁25が働き、該エアーシリンダー10がイ帳し真空発
生装置13と連通し吸着状態となつた吸着パツド11を
板ガラスGの前面に押しつけこれを吸着する。吸着が完
了すると真空スイツチ26が作動し前記電磁切換弁25
が切換ク前記エアーシリンダー10が短縮し、板ガラス
Gを引きはがす。そして多数の板ガラスGが密着してい
るときは、前記エアーシリンダー10にそれぞれ設けら
れている前記電磁切換弁25の作動を板ガラスGの側端
部のほうから順次タイマー(図示せず)により時間遅れ
をとつて行なわせることをよリ吸着パツド11を板ガラ
スGの1側端部から引きはがすように動作させると1枚
毎に確実に採板ができる。採板が完了するとリミツトス
イツチ27が作動し、この作動によ9前記電磁切換弁2
3が切換クエアーシリンダ一9が伸長し回動アーム8が
逆回動を開始する。そして該回動アーム8が水平コンベ
ア1上に逆回動して板ガラスGを縦姿勢から水平姿勢に
し、板ガラスGと水平コンベヤベルトの搬送面とが所定
間隔に近接すると回動アーム8がリミツトスイツチ28
を作動し切換弁15を切換えて圧縮空気発生装置14と
連通させ、吸着パツド11の内部より圧縮空気をブロー
することにより板ガラスGを釈放し水平コンベヤベルト
1上に載置される。このとき板ガラスGが完全に水平コ
ンベアベルト1上に載置したときに回動アーム8を一時
停止させ、その后圧縮空気をブローさせながら吸着パツ
ド11を水平コンベアベルト1の下方に回動させ、そし
て水平コンベアベルト1を駆動させて板ガラスGを搬送
しても良いが、回動アーム8が回動し吸着されている板
ガラスGと水平コンベアベルト1とが近接した時点で圧
縮空気をブローさせ板ガラスGが吸着パツド11の面か
ら少し浮き上がつた状態で水平コンベアベルト1上に載
置してそのコンベアベルトを駆動すれば回動アーム8の
一時停止の必要が無く釈放から搬送までの時間を短縮す
ることが出来ると共に水平コンベアベルト1上に載置す
る場合のベルトによる押し傷とかスリ傷の発生が防止で
きるのでよリ好ましい。そして板ガラスGの載置が完了
すると、リミツトスイツチ29が作動し水平コンベアベ
ルト1の駆動モータ30を作動させ板ガラスGを搬送す
る。

ている板ガラスGを1枚毎採板し水平コンベアベルト1
に移載する。以上述べたように本発明は、移送方向に対
して横方向に複数条並列された水平コンベアの架台に設
けられた水平横軸の周りに回動させられる回動アームを
該水平コンベア間の間隙に設け、該回動アームに板状体
を吸着盤を上向きに取り付け、レールの案内で前後動す
る移動台車に傾斜立掛け姿勢で積載されている板状体を
前記吸着盤により吸着し、前記回動アームを回動させ板
状体と水平コンベアとが所定の近接間隔に達したときに
回動アームによつてリミツトスイツチが作動し前記吸着
盤の吸着が解除されて空気が噴出し、板状体を浮揚した
水平状態で水平コンベアに移載することにより板状体の
被吸着面が水平コンベア上に載置され、片面模様の板状
体の着色加工等がきわめて容易となり且つ反転工程の不
要化により工程の短縮がはかられ、更に板状体は吸着盤
より僅かに浮揚した状態で水平コンベア上に軟着載置さ
れるので水平コンベアの運行中であつても板状体被吸着
面に擦過傷その他の損傷を全く生じさせず、且つ吸着解
除と空気噴出の切換えは板状体と水平コンベアとの近接
間隔を基準として作動せしめているので時間を基準とし
て切換える場合に比し前記軟着載置を円滑で確実なもの
にし、高良質の板状体を得ることができるというすぐれ
た効果を有するものである。
