Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily install a cell guide in the hatch of a bulk cargo ship and other ships, where neccessary, by constituting a full Y assembled type cell guide. CONSTITUTION:An embedding type socket 3 is mounted in a double bottom, and the leg part of a cell guide stay 1 engages with the socket 3 to install in an erecting manner the cell guide stay 1. A setter 4 is attached to the inside of a hatch combing 7, and a claw 9 of a setting piece 5 located at the upper part of the stay 1 mates with a claw hole 8 of the setter 4. The cell guide bodies 1 are set in order from the inner side part of the hatch to the center, and a given number of the bodies are disposed in an erecting manner in place on the sockets 3. All the setting pieces are connected together on the level of the hatch combing to couple together the upper ends of the cell guide stays 1, and fixing beams for securing them between the hatch combings on both sides are installed and secured to beam setters 6 situated on the inner sides of both hatch combings.

There is C to do. However, if there is a fixed-type container ship C, it will be difficult to load items other than those such as cranes, coal, ore, cars, etc. Normal cargo Attempts to load ndena onto a ship include installing a mobile Lerukaid onboard the ship, or loading the container directly into the ship and lashing it.
Possible examples include people. When loading onto a ship, even if lashings are applied to prevent the movement of the ship and ensure safety, only three to four stages can be loaded at most, leaving a considerable amount of space between the upper deck and the inside of the hold. In addition, if a mobile Rukai is adopted, JP-A-53-2
Prepare the required number of bulkhead-like cellukites such as No. 6084, which span the width of the ship, and when not in use, leave them standing in the hold and bring them to the inside of the hatch coaming at the front end of the hold opening or the end of the bag, and when in use. Although there are cell guides that are moved to a predetermined position by a crane or another drive device, they have the inconvenience of being heavy and requiring a lot of space in the hold when not in use. The present invention was developed in view of the above, and can be easily installed in the hold of a bulk cargo ship, etc., whenever necessary, and when not in use, it can be installed in a corner of the hold so as not to interfere with other cargo. It constitutes a fully assembled pill guide that can be stored on the upper deck or on land.A two-handed embodiment of the present invention will be described below.Figures 1 to 4 show a diagram of a cell kite according to the present invention. Assembly-
(This is a cross-sectional view of the ship's parts to explain the order. The figure shows a bulk carrier ship - C1, which has a fairly wide berth on the upper deck, and has a double bottom and side shell panels. The C double bottom rises up to a high position to form the ship.Insert the recessed socket 1 into the double bottom (3), fit the leg of the sesel guide column into the socket 3, and attach the C selkite column 1. A letter 4 is attached to the inside of the hatch combing 7 as shown in FIG. Enter. The setting piece is made so that the spacing between the cellukite bodies 1 is constant, and it is placed 89 on top of the sokku 1/ζζshirukai 1 - correctly set on the single tooth. When the inside part J is turned to medium heat (J is heated one after another, a predetermined number of sockets are correctly set up on the sockets 3 on the bottom of the boat, and the setting pieces of J3 are connected at the height of the hatch coaming. , connect the upper ends of each cellulite column 1, equip a fixing beam 2 between the left and right hatch coamings, and fix it to the beam setter 6 located inside both hatch coamings. A leak guide 11 is formed in each of the holes 1 and 1 so that the guides are connected continuously to the bottom guide.Next, the usage situation of the embodiment of the present invention will be explained. As shown in Figure 5, the cell guide is covered when not in use, and the bottom of the ship is normally flat. When using the cell guide, the cover 12 is removed and used. Insert the leg 1' of the cellukite column 1 into the socket 3 and set the cell guide upright. As shown, it is a piece with a V-shaped cross section, and has a nail insertion hole 8 at the bottom, and the nail 9 protruding downward from the V-shaped cutting bead 5 of the cell guide is attached to the heavy-duty hole. 8. There is another heavy hole 8 on the opposite side of the setting piece 5 from the claw 9, and the claw 9 and the heavy hole 8 are engaged in sequence as shown in Figures 1 to 4. Cellukite 10 is fixed to the cellulite pillar 1, and is spaced apart so as to vertically support the corner part of the =1 antenna. The fixing beam 2 that connects the upper part of the cell guide pillar 1 is shown in Fig. 7. As shown in FIG. 8, the cell guide 10 is provided with an en-leggite 11 that is continuous with the cell guide 10 to facilitate the loading of containers and to fix the position of the upper part between each cellite column. As is clear from the explanation in Section 2, fixing means were installed by hammering the Hirukai 1 ~ pillar socket 1 into the floor of the storage shed that has a small opening, and the Selkite pillar base was fixed. and attach the setting piece for fixing the end to the cellukite pillar at position 1] - engage the letter on the inside of the mink, and set the setting piece for each hill guide in sequence. In addition to connecting and covering the structure, attach a fixing beam to fix the cell guide column spacing at a constant interval.
Container buildings 1~C' are fixed to prefabricated cellukite pillars installed between the inner sides of the mink, and can be assembled and disassembled into a single cellukite pillar, and can be used to store other cargo when not in use. When the ship is used as a container ship, it is easy to assemble, and the position of the socket, retting beam and soi 4: single beam make it possible to store the ship as needed without getting in the way. This makes it easy to load container containers on top of containers, and even when loaded with a large amount of containers, there is no risk of movement of the container, allowing for extremely safe navigation. -C can be used in combination with -C.
