Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a sheet-form adhesive which can be stuck on steel sheets by magnetic force during bonding operation and does not suffer slippage or dropping out, consisting of a thermosetting adhesive compsn. and magnetic material powder and having a lot of magnetic poles provided on one side thereof. CONSTITUTION:30-300pts.wt. magnetic material powder such as ferrite magnet powder is mixed with 100pts.wt. thermosetting adhesive compsn. consisting of a thermosetting (crosslinkable) resin (such as an epoxy resin contg. a hardner, a crosslinking agent and a reaction accelerator blended therewith), additives such as a thickening agent, a surfactant and an oil absorbing agent and a filler such as aluminium powder of clay. The mixture is defoamed and extruded into a sheet of 50-100mu in thickness. The resulting sheet is cut into the desired shape, and magnetized by using a magnetizer to form a lot of magnetic poles composed of N and S poles on the surface of the sheet, thus obtaining a sheet- form adhesive.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a V-shaped adhesive that is attached to the surface of an adherend and melted and hardened by heating. Apply V- type adhesive to the required joint surface of smet #Il, etc., and then heat to bake it! ! A method has been adopted in which the CF-) type adhesive is simultaneously melted and cured by a reaction such as crosslinking at the same time as the scissors are baked. In this case, in terms of process design for painting, etc., it is necessary to apply a V- type adhesive to the Ml used to oil-wash the steel plate, such as a cold-rolled steel plate used for press-forming of a car body.

However, since the steel plate has not yet been oil-washed, there is a lot of rotten oil, press oil, etc. attached to the steel plate, and it is quite difficult to apply the Y-t adhesive to this.

このため従来では、接着剤組成物に界面活性剤。For this reason, surfactants have traditionally been added to adhesive compositions.

Contains amine derivatives and asphalt Y-based substances for oil absorption,
The adhesive is increased so that high pressure is applied when adhering. However, even with this method, if the surface to be adhered is tilted or facing downward, the sheet-like adhesive may slip off or fall off, and it is not reliably effective.

The sheet-like adhesive of the present invention solves the above-mentioned disadvantages, and the sheet-like adhesive adheres to a steel plate by magnetic force. That is, the sheet-like adhesive of the present invention is a sheet-like body composed of a thermosetting adhesive composition that melts and hardens by heating and magnetic powder, and at least one surface of this sheet-like body is multipolarized. It is characterized by having many magnetic poles formed by.

No crosslinking agent and reaction accelerator are blended. The thermosetting adhesive composition is a mixture of the above-mentioned thermosetting resin and crosslinkable resin with organic and inorganic additives and fillers. Examples of additives include thickeners such as Asfufurto's filtrate, surfactants, and oil-absorbing agents such as powdered polyurethane. As a filler, Aluminum Powder Metal Powder - Clay! Examples include inorganic powders such as acidic kVum, and organic powders such as nylon powder.Since the composition ratio varies greatly depending on the blended components, and the non-flowability at room temperature varies greatly depending on the molecular weight of the resin, it is important to specify I'm in trouble. In terms of adhesive strength, when the thermosetting adhesive composition is 100 parts by weight (hereinafter 2 parts indicate parts by weight),
The thermosetting resin is about 10 to 50 parts.
