    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. それぞれ給排ポートを具備する前後圧力室を割成した単
    一シリンダと、前位の圧力室内に進退自在に内装される
    中空ピストンと、後位の圧力室内に一端が位置して前後
    圧力室ならびに中空ピストンおよび前記シリンダ一端に
    亘って進退自在に貫挿され、かつ前記中空ピストンとの
    係合同行部を備えたピストンロッドとから成ることを特
    徴とする流体圧アクチュエータ。
