法を採用してい友。A laminated flitch was obtained by laminating and press-bonding material veneers using an adhesive, and the laminated flitch was sliced in a direction intersecting the laminated surface to imitate the cut layer of the material veneer to a natural wood grain layer. In the conventional manufacturing method of artificial decorative veneer that reproduces the wood grain pattern, in order to express concentrated conduits such as natural zelkova wood in the wood grain pattern, a material veneer corresponding to the area where the conduits are concentrated is used. As a method, you can combine veneers made of wood species with many ducts, such as Erima and Lapra, with veneers made of other materials, such as Agatis, which have few ducts, and then laminate and press-bond them together, or l1fi! ! Instead of the conduit veneer made of wood species, normal material veneers were laminated and pressed and bonded, and the resulting nine laminated 7-rich pieces were sliced in a direction almost perpendicular to the laminated surface to create a straight-grained pattern in the longitudinal direction. We use a method to obtain composite sliced veneers that have the same characteristics, combine them with veneers from other materials, and then laminate and press-bond them.

On the other hand, the latter method of reproducing conduits using a composite sliced veneer has the advantage that the number of conduits 1 is uniform as shown in Figure 1s1, but on the other hand, it lacks a natural feel because there is no discontinuity in the conduits 1. There was a problem.

As shown in the figure. That is, this decorative veneer manufacturing method is
As shown in FIG. 2 (At or C1), a sliced bamboo veneer 2 is combined with a veneer 3 made of other material such as agathis, as shown in FIG. Glue and obtain assembled flitch 5 (same figure (DJ),
The flitch assembly 5 is then sliced in a direction intersecting the laminated plane (FIG. 3(E)) to obtain a decorative veneer assembly 7 in which a concentrated conduit portion 6 is formed as shown in FIG.

A central conduit portion 6 can be formed at the location where the plate 2 is located.

By the way, the following table shows the results of a comparison between a conduit in a concentrated conduit section formed using a veneer made of the same material as a conduit and a conduit made of natural zelkova wood.

ことができる。As is clear from this table, the number of conduits is uneven in the concentrated conduits expressed using Elima sliced veneer, and the conduit width is smaller than that of natural zelkova wood, and the number of conduits in the composite sliced veneer is smaller than that of natural zelkova wood. However, since there is no break in the conduit, it is impossible to express a concentrated conduit with a natural feel. On the other hand, since the bamboo swiss veneer 2 is almost equivalent to natural zelkova wood in all of the number of ducts, duct width, and duct discontinuity, it is possible to express concentrated ducts similar to natural zelkova wood. >1 is possible. Also bamboo slice veneer 2
Since this is simply combined with another material veneer (such as agathis), like the composite sliced veneer mentioned above, after laminating the material veneers in advance and press-bonding them,
The process of slicing to obtain a straight-grained composite veneer is no longer necessary, and the manufacturing process can be simplified accordingly.

ことができる。In the above-mentioned embodiment, a case was explained in which a laminated decorative veneer 7 with a grain pattern as shown in FIG. 3 was manufactured. A laminated decorative veneer having a straight-grain pattern can be obtained by rolling nine laminated frifts in a direction substantially perpendicular to the laminated surface thereof.
