CONSTITUTION:A front wheel brake 44 is actuated with a brake lever 48. The other front wheel brake 46 is actuated through the metering valve 68 with a brake pedal 54, to which a rear wheel brake 64 is also connected through a proportioning valve 66. Liquid pressure is prevented by means of the metering valve 68 from being transmitted to the front wheel brake 46 until the liquid pressure in the master cylinder 56 is attained to the predetermined value. Owing to the structure as described above, the front wheel brake is not brought into operation even by actuating the brake pedal 54 during the turning of the vehicle at low speed, resulting in preventing from occurring the falling-in phenomena of the vehicle.
