Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:Tetrazole derivatives of formula I (A is lower alkylene; R1 is lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, cycloalkyl-lower-alkyl, phenyl, phenyl-lower-alkyl; R2 is formula II; R3, R4 are H, lower alkyl) and their salts.
EXAMPLE: 2-[3-(1-Cyclohexyltetrazol-5-yl)propoxy]naphthalene.
USE: They have high activity of inhibiting blood platelet coagulation and phosphodiesterase and antiulcerative activity and are used as a prophylactic or remedy for thrombosis, phosphodiesterase inhibitor, antiulcerative, cardiotonic, anti-inflammatory or hypotensor.
PREPARATION: A hydroxy compound of formula III and a novel compound of formula IV (X is halogen) are subjected to dehydrohalogenation reaction to give the compound of formula I. The novel compound of formula IV is synthesized by reaction of a haloamide of formula V with phosphorus pentachloride, followed by reaction of the product with hydrogen azide.
