Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve good adhesion between layers without any air layer existing there between by a method wherein molds for multiple-stage injection molding are sequentially placed on the same turntable, a transfer device for transferring a core mold from one mold to the next-stage mold is provided, and a sufficient period of time is provided for cooling a parison in each layer. CONSTITUTION:A molten resin is charged into a cavity composed of a primary mold A1, a necked mold 2 and the core mold 3 by a primary injector 6 to mold a parison 10, then the turntable 1 is rotated by 120 deg. and the parison 10 is cooled. The turntable 1 is further rotated by 120 deg., the parison 10 is transferred into a secondary mold B1 by the transfer device 12, and a molten resin is charged by a secondary injector 7 to mold an outside-layer parison 11 and adhere it to the parison 10. Then, the turntable 1 is rotated by 120 deg., the outside layer part of the parison consisting of the laminated inside and outside layers is cooled, and after further rotating the turntable 1 by 120 deg., the two-layered parison is extracted from the secondary mold B1 by the transfer device 12.
