Abstract

PURPOSE: To control with accuracy the time to start precooling or preheating by estimating at every certain period of time temperature of a room when its use is started based on a room temperature estimating formula which has been beforehand made and starting an air harmonizing device when the estimated temperature satisfies a specifies temperature conditons.
CONSTITUTION: A room temperature estimating formula which takes as inputs external disturbance and the operation of an air conditioning device 13 and outputs room temperature is made by a calculating device 24. On the other hand, in a room temperature estimation calculation device 26, the present time is assumed to be taken as S hour, and at S hour the air conditioning device 13 is started, and later variation of the room temperature and the room temperature at the start of using a room 21 are estimated. The calculation of this estimation is successiveiy carried out by detecting the room temperature with detectors 22, 23 and 25 respectively, and taking the wall temperature and outdoor temperature after S hour as the wall temperature and outdoor temperature at S hour, and taking the amount of operation of the air conditioning device 13 after S hour as 1 (starting) and substituting 1 in the room temperature estimating formula.
