Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate magnetic vibration by adhering a hardening agent or a hardening accelerator to the surfaces of laminating steel plates wherein whole immersing treatment is applied after laminating the steel plates for mounting a winding and the flow of immersed resin is prevented to firmly adhere each steel plate. CONSTITUTION:A hardening agent or a hardening accelerator for resin immersed at the following process is adhered to the one side or both sides of laminating steel plates. The steel plates are laminated by the predetermined number to compose an iron core and whole immersing treatment is applied by the resin after performing welding. In this way, the immersed resin is quickly gelled and not flowed. Therefore, each steel plate is firmly adhered and magnetic vibration can be prevented.
