Abstract
PURPOSE:To offer an insulating coating method of coil for an electric apparatus of which insulation treatment process is easy and to bestow superior electric characteristic by a method wherein an aromatic polyamide wet paper is wound around a conductor or a coil, and molding work is performed by press with heat to form an insulation structure. CONSTITUTION:The aromatic polyamide paper is manufactured by mixing the fiber of aromatic polyamide and fibrid, and dispersed mixture thereof in water is used to manufacture the paper. The aromatic polyamide wet paper 6 thereof is wound around the coil conductor or the coil 5 as to obtain the necessitated thickness of insulation, it is laid in press molds 1, 2, 3, 4, and formation work is performed by press with heat to manufacture the insulated coil. As the fiber of aromatic polyamide and the fibride, polyphenylene isophthalic amide being product of polycondensation of isophthalic acid chloride and phenylene diamine, etc., for example, is used. Moreover, when the paper is to be manufactured by manufacturing paper adding and mixing powder of collected mica, intensity of insulation and corona resistance can be enhanced.
