Abstract
PURPOSE: To form an ultraviolet ray-cured magnetic coated film, by coating a film- forming composition consisting mainly of a resin composition containing an ultraviolet ray-curable compound and a fine filler containing magnetic powder onto a supporting substrate, and irradiating the coated substrate with ultraviolet rays.
CONSTITUTION: An ultraviolet ray-cured magnetic coated film is formed by coating a film-forming composition consisting mainly of (A) a resin composition containing an ultraviolet ray-curable compound and (B) a fine filler containing magnetic powder onto (C) a supporting substrate, and irradiating the coated substrate with ultraviolet rays. Examples of the ultraviolet-curable compound (A) include esters of (meth)acrylic acid with a monohydric or polyhydric alcohol, and urethane type (meth)acrylic esters. Examples of the component (B) include iron oxide type ferromagnetic substances, cobalt-added iron oxide type ferromagnetic substances. The component (C) is preferably a nonmagnetic substance and includes polyethylene terephthalate, PVC, paper or a nonmagnetic metal such as Al.
